Still a better compilation game then action 52. RedHotToddy
I am so far in my vizzed Kirby spree! I have reviewed Kirby's dream land, Kirby's dream land 2, Kirby's dream land 3, and Kirby's adventure, Now I am on the 5th game of my Kirby spree, and this one if Kirby super star for the SNES, this is a compilation game, much like the dreaded action 52, But this one is way better, right? Let's find out.
Story-N/A
Since Kirby super star is a compilation game, there really isn't a story here, but like all games I review that do not have a story, I just decide to make my on up, And here it is, Kirby has been kidnapped by king dedede and now he must complete all these weird insane challenges to be set free! Ratchet deadlocked anyone?
Gameplay-7/10
Kirby super star is a compilation game, and since there are a bunch of games to play, I will go by them on by one, In spring breeze king dedede has kidnapped all the food of dream land so you must get all of it back! In great cave offensive, Kirby discovers this huge cave and he must now explore through the cave and recover as much treasures as he can! Well those are two of the games in this compilation, I really like this game, and here are a few reasons why, The first reason is that one, it feels really different then all other Kirby games, which is a huge plus, Two, all the games in this collection offer alot to do! But anyways, as you complete games, you will unlock more of them to play, each one is more crazier then the last, so be careful! There are also some "Other" Games on the main menu, but those aren't really all the much fun.
Graphics-9/10
At the time this game was made, the SNES was starting to die out a little and I say a LITTLE, and I can really see why, but anyways, the graphics in this game aren't too bad to be honest! The game truly holds that fresh Kirby feel that we can all see when playing these games, I mean when you say Kirby, you think bright and cartoony levels, fun characters, tons of replay vaue, and so on! As for the characters, they look awesome as well! Kirby looks fine, king dedede looks cool, and the amount of enemies Kirby will be facing of with is just overwhelming!
Sound-7/10
The sound in this game isn't really that bad as well! Again, the music in this game truly has that Kirby feel you always get when playing any of the games in the series! Every level has bright happy and cartoony music that really helps you prepare for each level after the last. The sound effects are amazing too, I mean sure you get some typical ones like entering doors and jumping, but that is good! Because you grow up with this stuff!
Addictiveness-7/10
Oh man did this game keep me busy for a long time! As you know, this is a compilation game, and those kind of games are supposed to have tons of stuff packed in the game to keep you busy for eternities to come! I remembered playing this one everyday and leaving it in my SNES for a week! Trust me, the game is that fun! You best believe it.
Depth-9/10
As I said a million of times already, the game offers alot of stuff to do to keep you busy! There are about more then 7 games in this compilation, so the game will take you alot to lose interest, Because the game is tons of fun! There is no reason to grow tired of this game, I mean It is Kirby you know.
Difficulty-7/10
Wow I am amazed! Some of the games in this collection can be really challenging! Mostly the arena, but words cannot describe the difficulty of this one particular boss in the arena, and this thing you call a boss is waddle Dee! I spent my whole life trying to beat this guy! And I still cannot do it!
Overall-9.3.10
You must buy this game, it is without one of the best Kirby games I have played in a while, heck if you can't find this game anywhere, Try the remake for Nintendo DS called Kirby super star ultra! It offers much more content, but anyways, this has been RedHotToddy, and I am signing out! See you guys in my next review!

Kirby Super Star Review Homerun2001
Okay, let me just get this out of my way. I may be 12 but I grew up with this game. Ever since I went over to my grandparents' house, I would have my dad help me set up the SNES and put in the game. So I just want to say it is an honor for me to review this game. First off the graphics were incredible. In Green Hill zone(as I use to call it after I got the original sonic) the trees in the background looked 3D. I was always amazed by that as a little 7 year old. And the clouds in the cloud level looked so, realistic to me. The sound was also a big thing for me because it inspired me to play video game music on the piano. King Dedede's theme and Gourmet Race theme were always the best ones I thought. Now the addictiveness, however, was unbelievable. When I played co-op with my younger sister, she would always fail and then I would always want to keep continuing even thought she needed my help. And the cave exploration level was the most frustrating thing in the world which comes into the difficulty a little. Now for the story it was awesome. You had 5 different stories and the last one was awesome. I just thought that it could all have been one story and they all had to be trials which leads you to the last story which is endgame. And the depth? It was super long. The cave exploration level is so long, it takes up 3 of my ratings. I mean you have to find all of the treasures and you need to beat it along with Meta Knight's Revenge to unlock the last level. And if you beat the last level, you unlock the arena mode where you fight all the bosses to become the ultimate champion. And *Spoiler Alert* there's a secret level in the Dynablade story. Finally, the difficulty. This game is so hard it took me 2 years to beat and I beat it at 9. I must say, just the cave level is hard but plus the rest of the game, I should make a Top 10 list of the hardest games I've ever played and put at 2(Zelda: Twilight Princess being the hardest and scariest.) All in all this game is an awesome game and it has so much to do with my childhood. I hope you enjoyed this and I hope you enjoy this game if you ever play it. Until next time, I'm Homerun2001 and this is me ending this review.

Great Co-Op Game! even drago
Kirby Super Star is a great Co-Op Game. I recommend you play this game Multi-Player for the full experience. To do this on Vizzed you will have to pick the RGR Plugin option and when the game starts up press ESC. After that pick the Config option at the top of the screen. You should see the controls and at the top of that window you will see some numbers. Press #2 and then select Keyboard. Then you can select your Player 2 controls. Anyway, back to the introduction of this review. Kirby Super Star is actually a compilation of games and some are short and some are long. All of them are very enjoyable and you won't be able to beat this game in one sitting! The Multi-Player really makes this game enjoyable. Player 2 acts as a Helper for Kirby. He is only a Baby you know, he needs help sometimes! When Kirby Inhales he gets that Enemy's Ability. Once Kirby has an Ability he can summon a Helper! The Helper varies on what power it was summoned with. E.g. Fighter would give Knuckle Joe as a helper. With 23 abilities the helpers can be changed a lot!
Graphics-I give the graphics a 9. They are really good compared to other games such as Super Mario World and even DS games! All characters and enemies look great and the animations are smooth too. I feel as if Nintendo
a lot more effort into this game than any other game on the SNES.
Sound-The music in this game is a bit of remix, a bit of re-use and a bit of new. I really like how they did this as it gives nostalgia to certain players and it will give players a feeling of happiness. I give it a 7. The Sound Effects are really fitting for each action and when defeating an enemy it sounds so satisfying!
Addictiveness-This game is really great with 2 people. In fact, any game would be! Kirby Super Star perfects Co-Op in its own unique way. The game is also very long so you'll have to keep coming back to beat every level! I give it a 7.
Depth-This game says 8 games in one on the box! Of course its got to be long! I'd be pretty disappointed if it wasn't.I give it a 10! The games are all different and not at all gimmicky. They are all Co-Op so you're friend can play too!
Difficulty-I'm not good at games but my brother is! When we played together he found it a breeze while I... Sucked major butt! The game could be hard for some and easy for others.
Overall this game is really good in Multi-Player and Single-Player. Look in the introduction of this review to find instructions of setting up 2-Player controls.

Genius ME!
This game is genius. 2 Players, helpers, many abilities, bosses and so on. The game is just amazing! I haven't unlocked Milky Way Wishes, but as far as I know, it's like in Metroid. There's an rare appearance of Samus, when you get the rock ability, it will turn into her statue (yes, Samus is a girl, sorry if you didn't know) when you go treasure hunting, that's just puzzles and that kind of stuff, but still a lot addicting! In "Dynablade" you will find some secret stages (but I don't want to tell any more spoilers now do I?) and "The revenge of Meta Knight" is very short. That's the only thing that's wrong about this game. Well thanks for reading!
