Final Fantasy IV Advance

Final Fantasy IV Review
This game's storyline was astounding. Great amount of customization,
like in every Final Fantasy. There's about 12 characters to use,
with about 10 unique jobs to master. Unique ways of leveling up
and completing challenges for rare items and spells were implemented...
you had to defeat a certain type of enemy in a certain
dungeon with certain gear equipped to get 99 in a
stat at level 99. New items provided the ability for field effects,
saving magi their MP, at the mere price of their purchase. Quite
convenient, though, if your mage(i) is(are) low or have no MP. Nice
soundtrack as well, Zeromus had a good one, as well as the normal
boss battle. I also liked the one in Mysidia. Quite catchy. The
Lunar Whale was stunning, as well was the moon. The side quests were
numerous and sometimes they were really challenging. Quite fun,
though. Zeromus EG was added, who was a great deal of difficult to
battle. Post-Game side quests were great, lots of challenges for the
large amount of characters.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Red Rescue Team

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team Review
Note: Exceptionally long and awesome review ahead!

You know I don't give out tens to just any game.
Not even going to make comparisons. This is
my favorite game on the Game Boy system. Undoubtedly. Probably of
all time. Alright, let's get into it. The game idea itself is
stunning, astounding, amazing, and everything positive in between. I mean, really,
you're a Pokémon for crying out loud! An amazing storyline compliments this epic
piece. You are mysteriously transformed, and you must go on an epic
quest to learn about your past, which has been shrouded in mystery
due to amnesia. You meet your partner in a matter of seconds, and
waste no time in jumping into your first dungeon, Tiny Woods. After
this, you will learn of the natural disasters across the land, and
you and your partner's will to fight for the safety of your fellow
Pokémon. The starter you “choose” is random... if you want it
to be. There's a Personality Test to see what Pokémon you would be
most like. This can be altered, however, as the answers are indeed
online. Easily Google'd. Your partner is chosen by you, however,
and is able to receive a nickname as well. Quite cool indeed. Along
the way, you will meet many Pokémon, from Bulbasaur to Deoxys,
including the legendary Pokémon of all Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn!
Some will look out for you, some will give you rescue missions, and
some... won't be so friendly. Nevertheless, recruitment is still
prevalent (though not with many story characters), as the way to
“collect 'em all”. You purchase friend areas, which is where the
Pokémon you recruit live. A semi-turn based battle system is
introduced. The order is as follows: You, Partner/Team Member, Team
Member, Team Member, Opponent(s). This will allow you the first
strike. The main focus of the game play in this game are the
dungeons. Rand... Read the rest of this Review
Pokemon Yellow

Pokémon Yellow Review
This was undoubtedly my favorite of the
first generation Game Boy Color Pokémon games. Pokémon Yellow was
intended to be almost, if not an exact, clone of the anime series,
holding true to this by bringing back numerous key elements that were
previously not in Red, Blue, and Green. One example, Team Rocket's
Jesse and James follow you with consistency, in order to battle you
to steal Pikachu. They have changed little about their team, sure to
have Meowth in tow, along with annoying poison types, of course.
They will be quite easy, however, as long as you are at a reasonable
level. This game also introduced a key element to my enjoyment of
this game, which was re-introduced in HeartGold and SoulSilver, that
infuriated me to no end when it was not in Black, White, Platinum,
etc. I'm talking about the aspect of Pikachu following you. This
was very fun for me, I liked to talk to him and be able to see his
emotions. Another thing I loved about this game was the ability to
have all of Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle on your team to
accompany Pikachu. Like I said, similar to the anime. This game
also disallowed you to evolve Pikachu into Raichu, if I do recall.
Although Brock and Misty will not join you on your adventures, you
still get the satisfaction of wiping Misty out with godly ease. This
game was quite was quite greatly put together, though, as it still
lets me enjoy the game as if I were in the anime,, but not all of it
was there. The game was still tailored to Red, Blue, and Green's
story to some extent. You didn't get every single side quest and NPC
as there is in the anime. Although this game was not an exact copy
of the anime, it still stood out to me as my favorite original
Generation I game.
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance Review
I have to say this game is one of my
all time favorites for the Game Boy Advance system. A very strategic
installment in the hopefully never-ending Final Fantasy series, this
game appealed to me more than you would expect. I loved every bit of
it, the storyline, the customization, and the weapons and magic. The
unique idea of using weapons to teach a character a new spell or
ability was highly fascinating, as you need the best and most rare
weapons to learn the best and most useful abilities. Combos were
also implemented, and were a very easy way to deal the maximum amount
of damage, 999 HP, so long as the other clan members participating in
the combo attack had a combo ability equipped and were in a certain
range of the target. These were, however, very hard abilities to
learn, as you need the rare Mythril items, which are, if ever,
dropped from random encounters with only the slightest of chances.
Different races provide an incredible amount of customization for
your maximum battle party of six, as different races can become
different jobs that others cannot. This will provide an entertaining
yet lengthy process of teaching Marche and his clan members every
single ability of every single job available to him or her. The few
yet quite acquirable secret characters also appealed to me, with one
of each race, to find using random quest items. They are definitely
worth your time, as they are incredibly good, but they lose their
value in the Post-Game. I hope you enjoyed this astoundingly long
review, and maybe I have convinced you to buy this amazing game with
your own viz. Remember this: I don't give out my 10's lightly.
Final Fantasy VI Advance

Final Fantasy VI Review
I'll admit, I thought this game would be worse than it actually was.
Did I mention I'm wrong all the time? This game was absolutely incredible. The storyline was nothing
short of a masterpiece, the characters were immensely detailed, and
the game itself had incredible depth. The Espers were fun and some
were challenging to collect. The sheer number of characters that are
available was amazing, each holding their own amount of strength and
diversity, and each are even further customizable through the Espers
and all of the rare weapons. There is also a countless number of
bosses, side quests, and extra dungeons that make this game take hours
to complete. Kefka's music in the final battle is epic, as is the
soundtrack altogether. I especially like the “Fierce Battle”
soundtrack played during way less boss fights than it should be. In
my opinion, the critics were right when they praised it for what they
did. You can't go wrong with this purchase of an incredible RPG.
