Snorlax used snore because he's full. I used snore because I got bored with this game...Before I played Snorlax's Lunch Time here on vizzed I had no idea there was a such thing as a Pokemon Mini and I've been a Pokemon fan since the beginning. (That's pretty sad huh?) Well now I can now say I've played a Pokemon mini game that's a plus but is it any good? Let's find out.
Graphics: 7/10 The visuals for this game are about what you'd expect from the system. Everything from Snorlax to the silverware he uses all look great for a Pokemon Mini game. While the visuals may not look as great as other handheld games do, the visuals in this game are good enough for me to give them a 7. I say this because the graphics are decent for their time.
Sound: 1//10 I noticed that when I played the game there was no sound so I went on youtube to see if I could find a video with sound from this game. I found one video and I gotta say it was extremely underwhelming and very bland. When you're actually playing the game the only sound there is is the sound effects which are not very good. For that reason I have to give the sound a 1.
Addictiveness: 3/10 If you are one of those people who love trying to beat your high score in a video game then you'll love this game. If you're not one of those people then you won't have any reason to play this again because there's only one game mode. Taking both of those things into consideration I give addictiveness a 3 because there are much better games out there for people who want to beat their high score.
Story: N/A There isn't a story therefore I'm leaving this category blank.
Depth: 1/10 The one mode in Snorlax's Lunch Time has you getting Snorlax to eat the food as fast as you can without making him try to eat a pichu. If you either don't make Snorlax eat the food fast enough or make him try to eat a pichu it's game over for you. As you can probably tell there is little to no depth at all. What's worse is that there are no other game modes. With just one game mode there is no real depth to this game that's why I give the depth a 1.
Difficulty: 2/10 The only thing that can really be difficult about this game is making sure Snorlax doesn't try to eat pichu but really all you have to do is not react too fast and you'll be fine. For that reason I give difficulty a 2.
Overall Score: 4/10 Snorlax's Lunch Time is decent for a Pokemon Mini game, but doesn't offer any reason for anyone to play other than a diehard Pokemon fan such as myself who wants to try something new. There's little to no content, the game isn't super tough, the music is super bland, and the game isn't very addicting. Overall, Snorlax's Lunch Time isn't worth playing at all, even if you're a diehard Pokemon fan such as myself. I'm giving the overall score of Snorlax's Lunch Time a 4 out of 10.
