For a hack of Super Mario World created back in the very early 2000's, it's pretty good. Although there are a few things that make my overall rating of the game a bit lower than other hacks.GraphicsThe graphics in this game are absolutely beautiful! I love the design of the levels and how the creator edited all the sprites. They are stunning and have lots of detail to the blocks. The graphics in this game are in my opinion, the best graphics I have ever seen in a hack of Super Mario World.SoundThe reason I have rated the sound 3, is because the lack of creativity in the music. All the sounds are the same, including the music, and could of had custom music. I would of rated the sound 1, but due to the music in Super Mario World being very good, I decided to let it slip to 3.Addictiveness/DifficultyThis game isn't really addictive for the following reason: it's far too hard. Remember, this was created 6 years before Kaizo Mario World was first released, so I can't count this as Kaizo difficulty, but overall, it is too hard. It has horrible enemy placement, with flying Koopas everywhere you go in a few levels, it makes it impossible to get past without either taking a hit or using save states. Also, don't get me started on the Charging Chuck situation. There are practically thousands of them in each level! This game should be renamed Charging Chuck World.StoryThe story in the game goes like this: Princess Toadstool gets kidnapped by Bowser....You're kidding me, right? She gets kidnapped even in a hack? Even Kaizo removed that storyline! When I first played this, I was hoping for a storyline other than Toadstool getting kidnapped again. I was hoping for some creativity with the storyline, but no.DepthWell, the game has about 6 or 7 worlds, which is good for a hack, but again, with the difficulty, it makes it very hard to get to even World 2! The levels are also quite long, which sort of increases the difficulty of the game.OVERALLOverall, I think the game is a 6.8, mainly due to it's difficulty and it's lack of creativity with the storyline. I would of rated it a 4.2 if it wasn't for that beautiful detailed custom graphics.Anyways, ToySackboyLBP2 over and out.
