To go to Level 3 with the DMG 1000, $20000 in your pocket, and a range of weapons, press ABRACADABRA on the title screen (where R is Right and D is Down). If put in correctly then a police siren will go off.

 (Continued) Be careful while trying to obtain the nunchuck because: 1->You need to de-accelerate in order to get and you may take the whole track w/out taking the nunchuck and 2->You need to have percise timing...

 @revolushion If you are talking to me, first: I forgot that the nunchuck is in level 2 and second (still talking at level 2) Ikira is the only one that has the nunchuck. At level 3, I think the only ones with the nunchuck are just him and Belladonna.

 first of all, i recommend the nunchuck because it is the most powerful weapon and it is only found at level 3, but seriously, make sure if you have more than 75% of life or else you'll fall off the bike because of the nunchuck!
