Wow this actually looks really awesome. I didn't watch the videos, but I did read all of what seemed to be pertinent to my only remaining question, and found nothing.

How is this compatible with retro gaming like it says? Does anyone know? I saw something about mouse and keyboard drivers for it or something and I don't get it still. Is this talking about plugging in an adapter or emulating? If it can work with an actual retro console then I would pay a good chunk (like... upwards of $100) for a controller that could function on my Android, Genesis, N64, GameCube, PS2, PS3, and PS4. Bonus points if it can somehow force control of handheld systems as well, and/or work on PC games that don't support controllers natively.

I really hope this hits the goal and becomes a reality.

Thanks for the link and the information. It looks awesome. It will definitely be a game changer (I am not sorry for the pun).

I'm sceptical about this. I mean... Well, it could be something which actually is not going to happen. Which is why I'm not going to pay much attention until... Well, if the Kickstarter is likely to succeed, and there's no chance of it being fake.

Actually, there are prototypes given out to some people whom weren't in the company or working on it otherwise like the guy in this video.

Well, I'm still being sceptical about it. Because someone has to be regarding things like this.

Huh. I went into this kind of thinking this was a thread made for April Fools, but I looked at the date, and nope! This is a real thing. It seems like a pretty cool, handy thing.. I'm not sure how well it really works, though. Because I'm not a tech expert or anything like that by any means, but don't the different consoles require some kind of different hardware for their controllers? Or I'm wrong, in which case, I hope it succeeds. I can't donate for it, though, so I'll just keep my fingers crossed for it.

It makes me wonder if it could work for the PS3 and 360 too, though...

It sounds like a very ambitious project. Some of the things that they mention don't sound like they would be particularly useful options, though...trying to use a controller like a keyboard and mouse does not sound like a good time from my perspective. There's plenty of Kickstarter projects that have either been fake or were unable to provide what they promised...there apparently have been working prototypes given to people outside the project, so that improves the chances of it not being a scam. I really want this thing to be real and to work as advertised.
