If you could create your own Super Smash Bros character, what would your character be like?
Basically, you name your character, state which Smash game they'd be in, and what the character's moveset would be. You can just explain what each move would do, and you can include as much info as you want (i.e. frame the move comes out, IASA frames, endlag, etc.). It's up to you. All that I ask is that you don't make a character OP or unbeatable (i.e. forward air does 500% damage and has infinite knockback).

Ground Attacks
Neutral Attack: Orion quickly punches his opponent. The jab deals 5% damage.
Forward Tilt: Orion leans forward and punches his opponent. The attack deals 5% damage.
Up Tilt: Orion uppercuts his opponent. The attack deals 4% damage.
Down Tilt: Orion bends down and swings his fist downward. The attack deals 5% damage.
Forward Smash: Orion creates a vortex in front of him, knocking enemies forward. The attack deals 14% damage.
Up Smash: Orion lifts his arm up and creates a fiery explosion above him. The attack deals 13% damage.
Down Smash: Orion bends down and swings a large star around his body. The attack deals 12% damage.
Aerials
Neutral Air: Orion
Forward Air: Orion swings his fist forward, knocking his enemies diagonally upward. The attack deals 6% damage.
Back Air: Orion swings his arm backwards with a meteor in his hand. The move sweetspots where the meteor is, and sourspots where the arm is. The attack deals 12% damage at the sweetspot and 8% at the sourspot.
Down Air: Orion thrusts both of his feet downward, stalling his downward momentum. Sweetspot is at the foot. The sourspot is on his leg. The attack deals 10% damage at the sweetspot and 7% damage at the sourspot.
Up Air: Orion
Specials
Neutral Special: Orion shoots a star forward. The star deals 2% damage.
Side Special: Orion shoots a black hole forward slowly. The black hole gets bigger the longer that B is held. After 180 frames or when the B button is released, the black hole will explode, dealing damage to any opponent near it. The attack initially deals 4% damage. Every 10 frames that the attack is out, the damage increases by 1% (Max damage is 22%).
Down Special: Orion crouches, opening up a vortex around his body and prepares for an oncoming attack. If hit, Orion disappears into a vortex, temporarily stunning the enemy inside of the vortex. Orion then reappears behind the enemy and causes the vortex to implode, knocking the enemy forward. The counter deals 2x the damage that the original attack would've dealt.
Up Special: Orion warps from his current location to a new location depending on the direction the player inputs, with a hitbox on the warp (mix of Mewtwo and Sheik's recovery). The hitbox of the warp deals 4% damage.
Grabs
Grab: Orion creates a small vortex in front of him, grabbing any enemy close enough.
Pummel: Orion elbows his opponent. Each pummel deals 3% damage.
Forward Throw: Orion throws his opponent forward, shooting three stars at the opponent during the throw to knock the opponent forward. The throw deals 8% damage if all of the stars connect (8% with 2 stars connecting, 6% with 1 star connecting, 4% if no starts connect).
Back Throw: Orion slams his opponent on the ground behind him, knocking the opponent backwards. The throw deals 6% damage.
Up Throw: Orion throws his opponent up in the air. The throw deals 5% damage.
Down Throw: Orion slams his opponent downward and launches a meteor at the opponent from his hand, knocking the opponent diagonally upward. The throw deals 7% damage.
