I need help, I can't play any games because of the RGR Plugin. I probably lost all my game data/ saved too.
This has happen to me before, but it was easily fixed! I went to the FAQ & HELP CENTER, and click on "Plugin
not found." I could just do one of those things, and it'll work again. Well again, when I try to play a game, it says
"Either you don't have the RGR Plugin installed or you're using an incompatible browser....." So, I did what I usually
do, and none of it is working! I uninstall and reinstall all of the RGR Plugin! Still not working, sadly.. I restarted my
internet browser, uninstall and reinstall (ALL of the RGR Pluging that was available), restarted my laptop, made sure
not to load the applet in both IE and FF, downloaded the most recent plugin, tried a different game(s), used a different
internet browser, and my computer is up to date! None of that is working, and its making me frustrated. I have Windows
8, and of course updated like I said earlier. If someone can help me, that would be appreciated! Because the things I
tried in the past doesn't work anymore. Please help if you can, and thank you for reading.

Delete cache/ cookies for the site   you can remove plugin 
as long as dont delete plugin data you will be ok with your savs  then reinstall plugin 

Just for clarity, in IE, are you running it in compatibility mode? Or running any kind of ad blocker in FF?

I don't know if IE works with the plugin anymore.
For FireFox, you might need to go to about:addons > Plugins > Vizzed Retro Game Room Plugin > Always Activate.

Latest version of Google Chrome has disabled NPAPI plugins by default which means the RGR Plugin no longer works in Google Chrome unless you enable NPAPI plugins. If you want to learn how to continue using the RGR Plugin with Google Chrome, go here:

Its just a link to the newest plugin that DOES work with Chrome.

Vanelan : THANK YOU!! That was the issue! I never had to do that before, that's the first time I had to go to plugins and activate it. Usually it was just a simple cookies, uninstall and reinstall, and etc. It was so frustrating, but thank you again for figuring it out for me.

Just wanted to thank everyone for taking their time to reply, and trying to help me solve my issue. It is now resolve, and now I'm one happy person! I can play my games now.
