Ok so I went to go to my desktop to test out the server but for some reason I had this saying there is a problem with my Internet server. I had this before but brush off the problem somehow and I was able to log on. But now I can't seem to log onto my desktop computer for some reason with every login I try I keep getting bounced back. There's nothing wrong with my cookies and I already logged off from my laptop. So I couldn't figure out the problem. I tried scanning it no problem there its clean. Not unless there are some people out there from what I read from David's thread to do with the traffic and stuff. I need to do somethings and I hope this can get fixed soon as I am baffled. I logged back onto my laptop and that is fine. Its only my desktop computer which seems to not be doing that.

We found out with some users that some anti virus software is blocking cookies.
What kind of anti virus is on the desktop?

Vanelan : I have AVG Zen. I already checked on that to make sure it doesn't interfere. Since I have it on my laptop and I can still play games. I was telling user this.


Me: so...it seems to be this particular ad called wajams that are the problem this unknown white and black bar comes across the top which says their name on the bottom right.
A: huh
Me: that's why I can't log on my desktop

also I saw awesomeguy's thread and did what was said there nothing happened. I may be wrong though about that ad block.

I personally don't like AVG for other reasons, but have you tried to disable it anyway and log in?

Vanelan : Um...no I haven't I'll try that. How do I disable it again?

There should be an icon on the taskbar on the bottom right. You might have to click the little arrow to display more if you don't see the icon.
Right click it and there should be a disable for x minutes. For nowe, disable for 10 minutes and see if you are able to log in.

Vanelan : It didn't work....I have a feeling its to do with that unknown ad wajams that keeps appearing van.

Looked into wajam ad stuff a little bit and it is being mentioned as adware. When I was looking it up I found this https://malwaretips.com/blogs/wajam-virus-removal/ which should help you remove it hopefully. One of the things I was going to try suggesting though which is also in the guide I linked was use malwarbytes and do a full scan while also checking browsers and control panel for anything fishy looking or mentions wajam.

I also read a bit! It also does what I suspected its hurting vizzed by web traffic as David said before to do with most ads and its making money! So I have to remove it fast. Should David be in on this too?
