Welcome to vizzed! Wow we have so much in common! I also love the outdoors though I can't swim I love to be around in water though xD .. what kind of anime do you like to watch? I also have a cat .. his name is Cinnamon but I call him cinna or cinnabun alot haha. I hope to see you posting around the boards and don't ever feel shy to ask any questions!

Flibbith : Yeah I'm glad if that's true! I kinda have issues with that kinda of stuff. Honestly I thought your post was talking about the one above yours I wrote about making it to being a normal user. So I didn't get why you said darn since I thought it was a good thing.

I often dream of like 3 more cats and another dog but that would just drive me and my family crazy! Lol! I guess I'm more of a cat person but still love dogs. Birds are very cool too though. (Never owned one though) So far I've quite enjoyed the site. I've become addicted to Pokémon Dark Raising and a few others too! Anyway thanks again for welcoming me!

erika23 : Hello! My day is really nice! Unlike yesterday's oddness, I didn't fall into a black hole of sleep during the night and wake up at 5 pm but I'm still a little lost for the time and date but that's pretty much sorted out now. I thought today was Tuesday... not Monday... But that's good because it means I don't have class today! Thanks for welcoming me! Lol! I don't really know what happened yesterday!

   The outdoors are great but you probably should try to learn to swim cuz its really fun and you never know when it could save your life. Especially if you love being in the water! Just imagine all the pool parties that you would be able to do with all your friends!
   As for anime I like all sorts of them! I've watched the common popular ones like Inuyasha, Pokémon, Digimon, Naruto, and Full Metal Alchemist. As well as some lesser known ones like Fruits Basket, No Need for Tenchi, or .Hack.
   I love your cats name its really cute! If you get another pet and cinnamon is still around you should call it sugar! :3 It would be adorable!
   Also I will and have been posting on the boards but so far this one is the only one to take replies sadly. And as far as questions go, I pretty much think I got everything for the most part.

Bintsy : When I was in middle school, I used my allowance to pay for classes then quit after I just learned to swim so I wouldn't waste my money. That way I at least knew I could swim. My mom probably would've paid for it but I decided to do it myself. Anyway just find a class. You only have to stick around till you can travel in water then work on it yourself till your good. Good luck learning and I'm happy you liked the name idea!

Sorry I'm pretty late, I didn't get to this thread until now.

Anyways, welcome to vizzed! I've always been pretty amazed at game design, so it's cool to hear you're going for a degree in it! Working for Nintendo would be quite the challenge. It surprises me that there are some people I've met on this site (not just you!) that want to do it!

I'm also an animal lover, I have 2 dogs, a cat, and a rabbit. Enjoy your stay on this site!

Bintsy : I also took swimming classes, and I still am. In fact, I have one tonight at about 6PM (or 6:30, depending on when my instructor is available) I take my swimming classes at my local YMCA that's literally a minute drive from my house. I didn't want to have to learn everything about swimming, just what I need to know.

Since I've known what I want to know for a few months now, my parents and I agreed to let me stop after I use up the rest of the lessons we paid for. (only 3 or so left I think)

The hardest part of swimming, in my opinion, is just to start XD After I started, it wasn't so hard and now it's pretty easy for me to swim at a fast pace. I still have trouble starting to swim sometimes because of my anxiety but other than that it's really nice

Hopefully you can find the kind of swimming lessons you want to have, I take private ones so it's only me and my instructor.
