G is for Glare. A normal type move with 90 accuracy. When it hits an opponent, the opponent gets paralyzed. Pokémon like Arbok and Seviper (the snakes like to glare) can learn this move. It's pretty useful but I prefer Thunder Wave because of the 100 accuracy.

I goes for Ion Deluge, an Electric attack that changes all Normal attacks into Electric attacks. Imagine Hyper Beam, Double-Edge, Boomburst, Last Resort and all the remaining +100 power attacks the Normal type has being super effective against Water and Flying. Not bad when dealing with double or triple battles and just one Electric Pokemon can't do all the work by itself.

Considering only Aegislash can learn it, that such Pokemon is weak to Ground and Dark and that it has an staggering 150 defense, if it manages to lower the attack of an opponent it can deal a huge blow to the attacker's chances of winning.

The Q is for Quiver Dance, one of the more useful status moves. Quiver Dance has 20 PP and is a bug type move. Butterfly and moth based Pokémon (and Lilligant) can use this move. It increases a lot of stats - special attack, special defense and speed! Very handy and a must have for any Pokémon if you ask me.
