when/how do you reuse your TMs i'm a level 25 atm and I've bought 2 TMs and used them they now take up space

bass player 9 : Well the way the game is made is that in order to get rid of Used TM's is to trash them. But if a Pokemon knows Recycle then it can be restored to normal. Funny thing is I remember being able to store Used TM's when I was playing it on my Gameboy Advance SP though it was probably just a glitch because it would happen at random. I think if you try to store multiple items including the Used TM it will let you store them but I don't know.
