Well, to tell it how it is, my sleeping schedule is so awkward, I never get up on time, for example, I could go to sleep at 1AM and wake up at around 6AM, but I don't do that because I don't feel tired around then, but then I could sleep at around 2AM and wake up at around 10AM, again I don't because I'm not tired yet. When I sleep at 3AM, I wake up at 6AM, and the same for when I sleep at 4AM. At 5AM, I sleep until 8PM and at 6AM or more, I wake up at around 6PM. I've recorded each time I woke up and that's how its been and to top it all off, the earlier I go to bed the earlier I feel tired, like at 1AM, I feel tired at 5PM and then I feel fine at around 8PM and can stay up all morning.

What is wrong with me? I really don't understand it.

If your profile is true and we are the same age, this couldn't have been something that just started. You probably have had a history of sleep problems. I, too have had some similar problems. From me being unable to sleep to sleeping waaay too much. Nowadays I am just an owl but I still get at least 7 hours a night, I usually get over 8 hours lol. Actually I would love to sleep at least 10 hours per sleep but my life is too busy for that. I know I can sleep for a longass time if not interrupted but that is not a problem. This is just my own body being myself. I can sleep 7 hours and be happy, I just prefer 10 hours. It is a normal schedule for me but before, years ago I'd sleep very odd schedules. It is almost like I have no control over when I want to wake up and if I am tired, I cannot go back to sleep even if it was only 3 hours. I don't do that anymore and I can only attribute it to lifestyle.

I have much less stress now I think. I do AT LEAST a 5k run every time I hit the gym. I eat 50/50 healthy and unhealthy as opposed to just trash when I was younger. I also get regular sex. I actually think that has A LOT to do with my low stress. I smoke weed regularly. MY main beverage is juice or water, alcohol is nonexistence in my diet aside from cooking. I think these and more are reasons why I am the happy person I am today. Of course, I believe this really helped with my sleep schedule too. A positive lifestyle will lead to many other aspects being positive as well. Oh yeah, I am not rich. Thought I'd put that in there.

Since I started working, my time has been really on schedule, but on my days off and prior to me working, I have a wild sleeping schedule where I could be awake till 3 A.M. and sleep till 1 P.M. or I could do to sleep at 8 P.M. and wake up at 2 A.M., but when I started working, my sleep schedule has been back to normal.
