Yeah, the guy's been a bit scummy in the past (and maybe still is somewhat), but I'm glad that he at least has a sense of humor.

I'm relatively familiar with guns, and the 'art' of cleaning them, and he'd have to be really stupid to have the gun fire at his finger during cleaning. The first step is always to remove the clip, and any chambered rounds. I'm almost amused at his stupidity, tbh. It takes a special kind of lack of common sense to get shot doing that. He earned his pain.

At least the appetizers are good.

A clip is something entirely different.

And the first step is point the weapon in a safe direction in a place with no distractions.
Then you remove the magazine, clear the weapon, verify its clear move ammunition away where it can't mistakenly put back in, and then clean a safe unloaded weapon.

There are too many people that just don't pay attention to the task at hand and don't treat firearms as dangerous weapons.

LOL Jose Canseco....I laughed quite loudly about this whole story. Never was a fan of him.
