I thought i'd take a break from game reviews and do one about a movie I couldn't wait to see. G.I. Joe. That's right, the biggest action movie of the 21 century. Right? Wrong. This was the worst movie ever. The acting was bad, exept for the dude who played snake eyes. And thats because he DIDN'T SPEAK. The plot made no sence and the chase seens where way to long. The commercials with the guys in cool suits saving the Effile tower? That was one seen and it wasn't very long. The green stuff that was eating the tower? Always was stopped before it could do anything. Here is the movie in a nut shell. The green cloud is called a warhead. Ha, we have the warheads, protect them, oh, we lost them, let's fight to get them back, and do another fighting scene to make sure that that fighting was done right. YES, we have the warheads, oh we lost them again. We now have them, let's put on a Star Wars fight scene without lazers to make sure what we are fighting for is really fought for and fight some more to end all the fightong for now..... Are you thinking what i'm thinking? The plot makes no scents. The camera didn't always capture all the action we heard so much about. *scoff*

Plot 1/10 SUCKED, they messed this thriller up so bad. You are better off watching Dragon Hunter. (Which was on a budget and had a gay dude in it, when a fight scene came, you didn't see it at all the camera shook violently)

Acting ...............OK, i'll say something, cheesy dialouge and everyone sucked at their characters. The only one was Snake eyes because he didn't speak,AND did MOST of all the fighting in the whole movie.

Point of watching To make fun of every line someone says, and to ridicule every scene because there is something wrong with them all.

Positives OK, so I made this because I wouldn't add the positives if I didn't. The positives, Snake eyes..........and the plus is because this movie hit rock bottom, the sequal will be better, unless they start digging.

Verdict If you are bored, and have LOADS of extra money, and want a movie to make fun of everything and compare it to Star Wars, get this one. Otherwise get Dragon Hunter, if you've seen Dragon Hunter, you will like it more then this. After I saw the movie, I was dissapointed, hopeing for an,,, ACTION THRILLER. What did I get???? A CORNY COMEDY. SPOILER: THE GOOD GUYS WIN, AND DUKE GETS HIS GIRL.
OH, and the scene where the 2 guys are in the suits dodgeing cars, they are actually fallling over each other

Ya, I watched it too. It really made me sad when i watched it. Not like sad. But like I was disappointed. I thought it would be good but, it sucked.

I knew the film would suck when I saw the trailer of it. And I hate what they did with the plot especially with Destro.

Well, I think it was the biggest wast of 10 bucks ever. This movie was sopposed to be th biggest action movie of the century. I'm going to see the seqal just to see how they messed up there as well.

Having grown up watching the old G.I. Joe cartoons, I had high expectations for this movie. While the plot wasn't the greatest, I liked it for what it was. The plot was solid and the special effects were nothing short of amazing. The director tried to use plot twists to keep the audience guessing, but if you paid attention, it was pretty easy to tell where the story was going. All in all, the movie did a good job to telling how Cobra came was formed under Cobra Commander. Ray Parks played an amazing Snake Eyes too.

I really am sorry, but I will not review this movie compared to the cartoons. Then I wouldn't have a review at all. Or give it half a star. I am doing this review as if I never watched the cartoons an had a pretty good review put together.

Did the movie ever advertise that it would be the greatest action film ever? NO.

Honestly, it's a film you have to watch without a brain. (Even though I still hate it)

Dude, i'm a teen, my BRAIN is fried. I'll regain it at 21. But the commercials did say it was the greatest action thriller to date, and critics loved it.

It was a good one, but I wouldn't say the greatest, you can't really rate that with any movie. A lot of movies offer different action. Saving Private Ryan had more action because of the constant fighting. It just matters one what kind of action you want.

Saving Private Ryan was not so good. Its more of a grown up movie. They over action it. Ocean's 11-13 are good movies to see. See them instead.

they are both good movies. i think you should watch BOTH of them, not one instead of the other.

It was not the greatest action movie ever, but it was still a really good movie.
