I'm sure this can be resolved quickly, so I almost hate to create a thread for it. However, I have no idea what to google in order to find the solution to my problem.

So about an hour ago, one of my cats tried to plop down on my keyboard.  I don't know what happened, but it's very annoying.  See, I have windows 8, and you know how you can click on things from your home screen and they... kind up open up on a whole new 'screen'?  (Sorry, I sooo don't know how to explain this...) Like.. I have a touch screen, and I can drag my fingers across the screen to change the 'screen'... kind of like the way apps work on a phone.

Usually, my internet opens in a window on my desktop.... but now it's acting more like one of those... app / screens.  I can't minimize my browser and get to my desktop. Instead, I have to swipe my screen to change over to my desktop...

I hate it!  

I remember some time in the past, seeing the option to use my browser in my desktop, or like it currently is... but I have no idea how to find that. I've tried looking under computer settings, under the home page, and under my browser settings... but to no avail.

Can anyone help me change it back?
