Hello everyone.....its been a while since I did game reviews. The problem was that I ran out of games to review on, so I was able to get some from my cousins house. I will be more active with my reviews again. ^-^


Beyond Good And Evil Review

Story 8 out of 10: it’s about a young woman named jade, who mysteriously started to go on a journey. Her uncle follows her in order to help and his name is Pey’j. Weird name huh?
Their planet named *Hillys* was a peaceful planet. But that all ends when it gets under attacked and ruled by evil, monster, alien beings known as the *Domz* little by little, the people of hillys gets captured. And gets is taken somewhere else, and is never to be heard or seen again. Jade a reporter and a photographer goes on search to discover the real truth, of what the alpha sections are really hiding. And not wanting anyone to know about it. As she journey’s more, this also affects her in a way, as she unlocks what happened in her past. And what sort of a person she really is. I like how they plotted the story, its good. And you would get shocking moments, as well as sad and happy ones as well.

Graphics 8 out of 10: Beyond good and evil in a way is dark and gloomy, for most parts. You will get to see some unusual colours such as blue, and a lot of green. Also in a way, they made the enemies in this game is pretty scary and good. It has unusual graphics and the way you encounter them, these creatures will imitate you. So I think that is also good on how they made that. When you want to try out a good game that you brought. You would want to see its own significance. And seeing the contrast, of how different it is. Let alone having its own differences.

Sound 8 out of 10: The music is good it has some peace kind of music. Whereas at times it can sound intense and intimidating, especially the one when you sneak into one of the alpha sections working facilities. Also I can get that chill feel at times when I listen to it. There are some sad ones as well, and when a guard does kind of see you. They play a certain search music. Then there’s the battle music. That's for when one guard does catch you. At that point, you will have no choice but to fight them. So all in all the soundtrack is great to listen too, as it is enjoyable to hear.

Addictiveness 7 out of 10: Hmm…..in some ways beyond good and evil is addicting. But only in some parts, like when you infiltrate the alpha sections warehouses and their hidden places as well. To be honest I’ve replayed this game so many times, just to play my favorite parts of it. It will be up to you though not all people will find this addicting.

Depth 6 out of 10: For this one theres some depths but, the most one I would say is when you have to find some spaceship. That spaceship can take you to more hidden areas in the game. And can help you to get more pearls. I say the best places to explore is those ones, as you would get more *units* as in money. Its really fun and enjoyable to do, I’m sure some will agree with me. That’s for those who have played the game.

Difficulty 7 out of 10: Beyond good and evil is not so hard, and not so easy. So it’s more like standard gameplay but! I can say the hard places are the alpha sections warehouses and the HQ. Boy is that one hard….I mean in the HQ there are guards everywhere! And its a challenge to do....
Anyways…..It won’t be so hard when you replay it a lot of times. And the bosses as well they are hard too.

This is a perfect review in my opinion. Everything neat in paragraphs and gave a lot of information about everything.
 
 All though there was 1 or 2 spelling mistakes that does not matter this review was overall perfect.

I'm glad you decided to review this game. I was actually considering buying this one at a local Used Game store, and this review helped me decide if it was a game I would be interested in or not.

Another great review of one of the games I really want to replay in the near future, sis'.  I remember playing it a long time ago on my dad's PC but it did crash (or freeze, I should say) at one point so I couldn't complete it.
