Hello everyone!

My name is Philip Draco, and I represent the completely made up Council of Global Improvement!

I'm here because the council needed new ideas to domina-.....errr... Improve.... The world.
As old video games are LOADED with suggestions for improvements, this should be a fine place to do research. (we're on the fence on cloning Charizards,but the winged flying hats are a shoe-in!)

Annnnyyyyhoo. Allow me to share details about me-self

Hobbies:

Staring at paint and applied mathematics.
Coding  video games (current Level: Noob)
Plotting excellent plans  PLANNING excellent plans
Wasting time when I should be studying something

Interests:
Electronic Entertainment
Incredibly obscure video games (Alright! They have the Cowboys of Moo Mesa arcade game!)

You know, planting farms and food sources, finding renewable resources (I'm 98% sure we could make hydrogen energy generators without hassle) and ending all the  wars everywhere!

If you're referring to the one in the item shop, I'm sorry. It doesn't work. Those are all useless virtual weapons. But with someone of your ambition, I'm sure you can develop your own weapons. And yes, world IMPROVEMENT is definitely a good cover up. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone that PHILIPDRACO WANTS TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD.
