I recently just started watching an online anime series by Rooster Teeth called RWBY (Pronounced Ruby). I was a little bit sceptical about how well it would be after watching the first episode but then it quickly grew on me. So far there are 16 episodes on total and I'm currently waiting for the 17th to be released (hopefully soon). So? Who else watches it? What has been your favourite part so far and what is your favourite thing about the series? I guess another question would be, what would you like to see happen in this? From what is going on right now, basically anything you could imagine could potentially happen.

I won't answer what my favourite part is because it could spoil what happens (So if you haven't seen it, don't looks at the posts below) but what I like so much about it is probably the art style and the designs of some of the weapons. For an example, Nora has a huge war hammer with a build in grenade launcher. I love that design. For what I want to see happen next, it would be cool to see the story take a darker turn. Not too soon though, maybe in a season or two, but it would be really cool to see Ruby turn a bit hardened and not so cheerful and cocky. Anyways, post your thoughts below.

I never watched this show. It just didn't appeal to me and I've been watching other stuff too.

MoblinGardens :  My favorite thing about the whole series in definelty the characters, especially John and the monkey kid(I forgot his name). FOr what I want to see in season two is probably some newer characters, because there are some people in Roosterteeth that still didn't voice a character in RWBY. Also, I would like to see more action, because half the episodes has barely to no fighting. 

I've been watching it, and I really like it. I'm still not sure who my favourite characters are yet, but so far I really fancy Ruby, and her sister Yang. Weiss is... iffy, she's interesting at least. And Blake, well, she actually somewhat reminds me of my OC in a few ways (my picture there).

As far as the actual story, it's a slow climb, but I've enjoyed it so far. Slowly picking up its pace, which is always worth the wait. Speaking of, I've got a bit of watching to do now.

I am a huge fan of the animation style, and the weaponry of RWBY. I mean that sniper rifle scythe is freaking amazing, that being said it is so slow on the action. When they released the trailers they were all high speed and fast paced, but so far I haven't seen anything that is really on par with the trailers. I'm going to continue to watch though. I loved Monty Oum's animation on Red vs. Blue so i got some hope for it I just wish it was more action packed.

I am watching it currently and I instantly got hooked onto it. Thank you to my friend who recommended it to me! I'm up to episode 10 right now and my favourite character is Weiss.

I also like it because the episodes are between 5 - 15 minutes long and seem to have a rather straightforward plot for the time being, as you may expect I'm not the kind of person who likes too many plots thrown in all at once.

I have seen it,and for an amateur project it is actually good.I don't really like RT...At all...But RWBY surprised me.The fight scenes and soundtrack is pretty good,the voice acting is.....tolerable....and the animation is ok.Would I call it an anime...Maybe...But you have to give the makers of RWBY credit though,I mean who hasn't wanted to make their own anime?I know I do,but I don't have the kind of resources sadly.

I watxhed it on cr and I absolutely loved it, the fights were amazing and the weapons were great in their own right. Apparently we need to wait until summer for part 2
