As the most of us know, the re´s coming a movie in 2015 about Superman vs Batman.
Me and my friends argue a lot about who would win in a battle.
I really want to know your opinion, and please give a good reason why superman/batman would win.

Oh Cmon! I can't believe people have this debate.  Batman is a normal human with some tech.  Superman is an alien w/superhuman powers. No Contest, Superman every time!!

Golden_Zekrom : superman hands down, it's not like batman would have some kryptonite on him unless he knew they were gonna battle. Then again superman could have some kryptonite X on him, which actually restores his powers. Yeah I know I'm a DC nerd.

Those of you who pick Superman should probably look up the comic "The Dark Knight Returns". This showdown has already happened before and Batman beat Superman in that comic. Some believe the new Superman movie could be related to that comic. During Comic Con, the Superman movie panel had someone read this quote from that comic: " I want you to remember, Clark…in all the years to come…in your most private moments…I want you to remember…my hand…at your throat…I want…you to remember…the one man who beat you."

What's my answer? Batman, hands down.

Why are Batman and Superman fighting anyway, aren't they both on the side of good? They are supposed to be fighting supervillans not each other.  It sounds like they are getting off topic, someone needs to sit them both down and give them a good talking too!

As you stated, Superman is an alien-being with super human powers, compared to a "normal" human with not just some tech, but a LOT of tech. Super human abilities versus regular human abilities is a bit unfair though.

Superman gains power from yellow sunlight. He gets super speed, enhanced senses, heat vision, super strength, and flying powers.

Batman is extremely intelligent, athletic and in excellent physical condition. He knows more than one hundred styles of martial arts and even creates his own tech; he sure does have a big wallet...a BIG wallet.

In a fight, even though I really like Batman, who is probably my favorite super hero of all time (even though I like marvel a tad bit more than DC), I would say Superman would win. In the end, Batman is just a human who cannot penetrate the skin of steel, or escape the blows of super strength unharmed. Batman sure has the wisdom and wits to hatch a plan to defeat Superman, but usually it's a head-on-head confrontation, so spontaneous plan-making would be a bit hard lol.

honestly I've never thought either was that great but I guess if I had to choose I'd pick batman, he's a lot more realistic and he could take down superman easily.

Personally, i think Batman would totally overkill Superman.

I would have to say superman even though batman has beat him before superman has powers while batman don't. I give credit to batman for fighting with no powers but superman would beat him pretty good I think 

Superman because he seems to have every advantage that Batman can't seem to gather with his own knowledge and/or money. It's going to be a battle, but Superman is winning.

I'll roll with Batman, because he's awesome and has an epic car (hey, you can't deny that). Also, he can't win due to Superman's invincibility so that makes him the obvious choice.

Like awesomeguy said already, Batman is said to carry kryptonite just in case.

Superman would win. Even though Batman is smart and crafty, Superman has brains and brawn as well as super endurance and defense.

Watch The Dark Knight returns part. 2 and you see how Batman kicks Supermans ass. So I will say Batman no doubt.

This is actually a question that us easily answered. First off if you've seen "The Dark Knight Return Part 2" then you'd know that Batman beat Superman and he beat him in many DC comics. HOWEVER he only beat him because he had time to prepare and his mind is so brilliant that with time to prepare he can beat any opponent. But if it's justbattling without any prep time it may favour on the side of superman but it still could go either way. Also keep in mind Batman has a kryptonite ring in his utility belt at all time.

With time to prep Batman would most likely win but without it it about a 40% chance for him. But overall Batman is the more skilled opponent and Superman's only advantage is that he's overpowered.
