Well, here is another simple thread. Have you ever been a mod on vizzed or any other website. Well, for me, I am a rented mod of the metroid and kirby forum but other than that. Nope. And if you have never been a rented or official mod before, then do NOT post here. Posts like "No, I have never been a mod before" is sorta like spam. lol.

Nope I haven't and I don't really want to be a MOD cuz I am HAPPY just being a member on this site and having an AWESOME BLAST!!!

Anyways, yes, I have. I've been a mod for various chatrooms around the internet, resigning most of them (and I got fired from the rest).

I can't name specifics since I don't remember most of them, but I remember having a few higher powers in Tinychat.

I don't think he quite meant that. I think he meant that if you haven't modded a forum, don't ONLY post "I haven't modded a forum". Post more than that... perhaps a reason why or a turned down opportunity for example.... so that people aren't just spamming the board.

If I'm not wrong, you might want to change the title of your thread to "Where else have you modded?" or something of that nature.  Otherwise, you're asking a yes or no question and demanding that nobody answers it with a 'no'.

As for me, I actually have modded rented forums here. I used to co-mod the Christian forum, but I was removed and not permitted to come back once I left vizzed for about 10 or 11 days.  I also helped mod the Army forum, but thing1 got perma-banned.  Then, I was local mod for a short while before life overwhelmed me, and I modded the Vizzed Market, the Newbie Forum, and the Help forum I think it was.

Aside from vizzed, I've been the administrator of four forums (which includes modding since I was the only one in power), and I helped to mod two or three of my husbands forums.

Singelli : Goodboy was correct. The main reason I don't want people who never modded anything online to post here was because people will always repeat the same thing like "I was never a mod of a forum" or "I wish I was a mod" .... etc. Even if its lengthy posts about that. Especially since its the TDV. But still, thanks so much for your concern! I appreciate it!

No problem at all, but you should definitely change the title of your thread, in that case.  Otherwise, it's like creating a thread asking "Do you like cats or dogs", then telling everyone they can't answer with "dogs".

I suggest something like "What forums have you modded either on vizzed or any other site?"

Well, as you know, I am modding in the metroid and kirby forum right now. You are one of my awesome fellow mod buddies! Other than that i have never moderated any other forums on vizzed or on any other website.

I have always wanted to get the experience of it on vizzed though, I think it would be awesome to be in such a position like that. So I hope that one day on vizzed I can be honored with that position. I think it would just be awesome. This is a good question by the way, and I think it is funny the way it worked out that you made this thread and we are both mods of the same forum XD. But that is currently the only forum I mod as of now, hopefully that will change sometime in the near future! 

Yeah, I have been a mod on a website before (not on here [yet]), I was a Mod (later an Admin) on one of those game sites where users upload Flash / user-made games.
I was a Local Mod between November 2008 - April 2009, a Global Mod between April 2009 - November 2009, and an Admin between November 2009 - April 2010
I lost my Admin rank when the Founder closed the site due to lack of funds.

Yeah, I've been a mod on lots of forums and had ops on plenty of IRC channels. Most relevant to this thread, I was a local on a bunch of forums on Vizzed. The only ones I remember are Computers and Technology, Cafe Corner. There were a bunch of other forums but I moved around a lot because we went through a lot of mods at that time. I even had a brief stint in General before being promoted to Global. That's something I don't think I ever want to do again, especially since before I stepped down I was the Moderator Manager.

Many years ago I was an admin on a site that was about as big as Vizzed is now, but didn't have nearly as much spam. That was a great time, especially since I was 16 and had nothing better to do than be a mod of that forum. What a great time.

I've been a mod or admin on a bunch of other sites here and there, and honestly I don't really get why everyone wants to do it. It sucks. Instead of ignoring stupid fights or bad threads, you have to intervene. But when duty calls, you can't just say no.

Well I've only modded forums on Vizzed and I've modded and currently mod two forums. The first forum I mod and actually created was the Megaman, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Fire Elm forum and the second fourm I modded and currently mod is the RGR(retro game room) competition forum.
