Do you like demolition derbies or not? If so, why? 


Me, I like them because of the wrecks, I enjoy wrecks. < : ) Besides, I went to the fair and I got to watch one. They were using 4 year old kids to do a Power Wheels demolition derby...but it was fun. The big cars were really big. They even had a SUV in there! I also like to see all the debris.

Ah, you made this? Cool, as I said to you before I like demolition derbies! I like them the same reason as you do, haha. I like wrecks and stuff too. I remember I went with your dad to a demolition derby before you were born. It was fun, someone's bumper flew into the crowd, and someone's radiator blew up. But yeah, I do like demolition derbies, and pretty much the same reasons as you do. They are really cool events to go to. I really enjoy going to them, they are fun to watch wreck into and see all the leftover stuff around the track. I always see them water the dirt track down so mud goes everywhere, it looks cool when someone wrecks into someone else and nails them, and mud goes everywhere, it looks nice, with all the smoke and everything. I really like demolition derbies, and I would like to go to the one at the fair next year.

I wish I went to the derbies . Sadly I never went to one yet but seeing cars wrecking, crashing and crushing car would most likely be so awesome to me!

Demolition derbies are fun.  They have rules for safety like not hitting a car in the driver side door area.  People reinforce their cars with armor and have special engines and tires and it's hilarious to watch them drive around and mash each other up.  It's like when I was younger and I would play with Matchbox cars and make them crash into each other.  Who doesn't like cars crashing into each other?

The best part is when they do other vehicles.  School bus races and school bus demolition derbies are hilarious and absolutely worth your time to go watch.  I don't know if these are even popular anymore and I haven't seen one maybe fifteen years. 

I think I'll go find some to watch in the area.

warmaker : Someone mashed the driver's side door, and nothing happened. No rules on the demolition derby I went to. Someone's radiator blew up. LOL.

I am not that much of a demolition man. I like a good old motor sport crash but when the objective is to destroy I can not live with that.
I do not like the fact that all of these cars are going to waste. Yes they are old and / or crappy but you could pass them on to a charity. There are a lot of people with no cars in the world so would demolition derbys look selfish?

They do have them over here in the UK.  But I only get to see one now and again.  
At an event 'Stunt Fest' , that's been running for a few years, at Santa Pod drag strip, they have one with caravans!  
This is not on the strip, but in a special arena.  The winner is supposed to still have the caravan intact.  Normally it's just the base board.

I like those. It is funny to see all of those cars being destroyed and crushed. It makes me happy to see smashed cars. lol

I like these, as they are fun to watch. When these cars get destroyed, it is just funny.
