OK I'm gonna say this quest 64 isn't the worst game in the world but theirs so much the game could have done so much better

graphics
I do have to admit the graphics look amazing for the n64 three's a lot of detail in this world and it just looks really nice id even go as far to say this is one of the best looking games on the n64 (next to conkers bad fur day majoras mask and goemons great abdventure) the atmosphere is also done nicely the day and night system is well done and the areas have different lighting to give them a atmospheric feel

sound
the sound is pretty good the game has a fair few catchy tunes but some of them are forgettable and the sound affect sound crisp and clear and crisp so i have n problem with the sound effects

addictiveness
now this is where we get to the games problems this game relies on to much backtracking for its good which would be fine if it didnt have painfully boring running speed to get to the areas the battle system isnt really all that speciel (although i will praise it for origonality) it really boring and has not much to offer other than the nice spell system and the gameplay is just to simple to be addicting not to say there isnt anythung good in the game it is nice to explore the world and to be fair it is a really cool world to explore with lots of stuff to see or do and enemy designs are also really cool and have some very neet and origonal designs for the enemies but overall the game is very boring

story
i cant really comment on this cuz i havent gotten to far into the game but all i can tell is something wrong in the world etc etc nothing speciel

depth
there isnt much depth to it besides the exploration thing the game is very bland and there isnt really anything origonal (except the battle system) the game feels like every other rpg and has nothing speciel to offer

difficulty
this game isnt really that hard the battle system just takes good stragergy to beat the enemie and ull 9/10 beat them no problem again i cnt comment much cuz i haven't gotten far into game so yeah

overall
depsite all these flaws i do find it a decent game the battle system is origonal the exploration is neet and the graphics look amazing but with its boring missions terrable walk speed an some unmemorable tunes its far from perfect


 







 

psychonauts1116 : I've played this game a long time ago, and I really used to be torn about the game. It was fun, but it wasn't that fun. Like, I enjoyed it some but it was rather slow. I actually ran across it for the RGR not too long ago and considered giving it a shot, but decided against it. I might pick it up later, but I'm working on finishing several games so I can put out several reviews this year, and I don't want to spend 10 years playing that game... Lol.

At any rate, for your review: I felt it was kind of weak. For one, your grammar and punctuation was lacking, and when you deliver a review, you really need to polish it up so that it's easy and enjoyable to read. Two, your descriptions were shoddy. You described your reasons as to what you felt, but you provided minimal details and really didn't give us a feel for the game at all. It made the review kind of uninformed and boring.

My third problem with the review is one that I can't help but separate a paragraph for, because I'm a little bit peeved with this part. You didn't finish the game and you reviewed it. The STORY, which is what an RPG is all about, was completely neglected as there being something wrong with the world, "etc etc nothing speciel," which I do not feel is acceptable for a review at all. It seems as though the game and its story isn't important enough to you to write about. If it really wasn't that special, why write about it at all? Why waste your time if you're not going to give it a thoughtful critique? Why waste our time if you're not going to give it some thought and effort? Before reviewing a game, you need to finish it. The story might surprise you, and you might actually be able to give it a fair chance instead of writing it off as "nothing speciel."

At any rate, my intention is not to berate you, but to help you. However, it gets frustrating when I see stuff like this because I feel like it's a waste of your time and my own, as well as any other vizzed users who want to know about some of the many games on here. Please take more care next time to finish the game and put some thought and effort into your next review. Thanks.
