Hello fellow Vizzed users!
I happened across this website yesterday and was amazed at the amount of games on here! Good bye free time and hello leveling up! I'm not so great (or really into) the fancy schmancy new systems out there and really missed the old school (and semi-old school) games of my youth. So first off, thanks Vizzid for being awesome.
As for myself, I'm diving right into a Pokemon game that I've never played and grinning from ear to ear. I'm a 25 year old female who lives out in the middle of the U.S., in the great corn-y state of Nebraska. I've got two jobs and I volunteer with the Coast Guard Auxillary, so my free time is limited, but I'll make an effort to sneak some gaming in when I can. I'm a nerd at heart in a variety of ways, I love the stereotypical nerd things, such as Sci-fi and fantasy games, movies, books, and shows. Heck, I even play D&D every Sunday with an awesome crew of guys! On another nerdy note, I'm one of those folks who still have their childlike wonder about the world and love learning. My nose is either in a fantasy book or a non-fiction one. I'm at either end of the spectrum. 
Besides working my butt off at my jobs and fighting digital monsters in my Mario pajama bottoms, I manage to have a few hobbies. I run to make sure my jeans fit, go on tons of walks to explore antique stores or to enjoy the gardens when the weather permits, I'm writing a book in spurts and I'm looking forward to finishing it...eventually, and  I'm planning a road trip to Canada with some old college buddies for this up and coming June. All in all, I try to be a well rounded individual, although on some days I feel pretty oblong like an oval!

Thanks for the warm welcomes! Atm I'm playing Silver, which shows just how early I stopped playing Pokemon. I owned Red right when it came out and stopped playing them right around when Yellow appeared I believe. 
As for trusted or not, I'll let your actions (and/or words) do the talking rather than titles!

Also Apogree are you a fan of any RPG's?

For RPG, I like the Final Fantasy ones I suppose, but I have a lot of catching up to do! I'm sure there are other ones, but my mind is being elusive at the moment. I'm guessing RPGs are your stomping grounds?

To answer your question, yes xD RPG's have definitely felt the repercussions of my stomps
 And might I add that your pick of Final Fantasy is amazing! That's my favorite series of any RPG game
