The Pokémon Dratini can be found in the Safari zone in Fushsia city, or brought for 4200 or 4600 coins in the game corner in Celadon city.
The Pokémon Porygon can only be brought/found in the game corner in Celadon city fro 9999 coins.
The coin case is found in Celadon city in the house south of the game corner its given to you by a man at the last table.

All the evolutionary stones can be brought at Celadon city's huge super Market

Although I really found this WT beneficial, I don't think it was important to post it. It only covered one aspect of the game and quite frankly I could have googled this! I think this would be more suited to be a reply under a walkthrough that maybe someone left out.
