First off this game is incomplete, but in my opinion from what I've experienced in it so far, it has the potential to become on of the best Pokémon hacks on Vizzed. I like the Pokémon yellow feel of the game, with the fact that you don't get a starter choice, your starter is Riolu which actually isn't a bad choice at all. The game does have The Generation 6 starters in it, fairly early on in the game so that's a huge plus to the games appeal. My only complaints/problems with the game is I wasn't quite found of the wild Pokémon in the Grass, in my opinion the creator of this hack should add more diversity to them, make different types appear in the starting route grass to make forming a well balanced Pokémon team early on in the game easier.
Graphics: The game looks like a hack of either Pokémon Sapphire or Ruby which earned the graphics rating a little low, if they were bases off of FireRed, then I would have been slightly more enjoyable, but I gave the creator props for layout/landscape design, because its all new and 100% original, so for graphics I gave this hack a 9 out of 10.
Sound: Well the hack has the same music from Sapphire and Ruby which isn't to bad, it's basically the sound you would expect from a Game Boy Advanced system/handheld. So for sound I gave the hack a 10 out of 10.
Addictiveness: Well I was highly intrigued /interested in this hack from the very beginning, from it's start choice and it's story/plot, I played the game as far as you can get in it and I got to say I invested a far amount of hours playing it. But because of the fact that the games incomplete I've decided not to rate this category.
Story: It starts out excellent, the hack draws the gamer/player into the plot of the hack fairly quickly with its gym leaders and types, I hope the hack finishes with a great well thought out story that the gamers/Pokémon fans would thank the creator for making the hack in the first place. But I've also decided not to rate this category yet because I'm highly anticipated to see the finished product.
Depth: The hack offers so far what i get out of it a fun all new adventure with a few good twists( especially with the generation 6 starters), and the Pokémon trainers Pokémon team choices, and it seems to be a very long hack I'm at the 5th town, with 4 badges and so far I've played this game for about 1 week and 3 days. I've also decided not to rate this category yet because I'm highly anticipated to see the finished product.
Difficulty:The creator has seemed to update the A.I.( difficulty wise), I found this hack slightly more difficult than others, but I'm not sure if that's because of the Pokémon types that were available didn't have much of a(n) type advantage against others. I've also decided not to rate this category yet because I'm highly anticipated to see the finished product. And what it has to offer difficulty wise.
Overall: Overall I've gave this hack a 9.2, because of what I've seen/experienced so far in this hack. The creator has put time thought and effort into this game clearly, with its all new dialog, landscape, and with the generation 6 Pokémon. So to the creator keep up the good work in this hack I really want to see your finished product, because this hack is already one of my favorite even tho it's incomplete.
