In Afghanistan need help to play Dragon Force

Hello all,
I have been on vizzed for some time now and this is my first REAL post...

moving on, I am currently in Afghanistan, I decided not bringing my Saturn with me, and have downloaded Dragon Force, the Cassini emulator, winrar, and I have dameon tools lite, and power iso. Also I downloaded the BIOS.
I in fact own my own copy of dragon force, i got back all my old games from moms earlier this year, i also own many other great Saturn RPG games.
My issue is that I can get cassini to load, and i change the bios, but i cant mount the dragon force iso. every time i try it says cant load the file. everything I have read talks about changing the formatting of the CUE file, i have tried following a few online guides with no luck...

If anyone has any easy to follow guide i could try and use i would me most grateful, many long hours of nothing here would be perfect to catch up on my youth.

Worst case I can have my Saturn shipped out here, but as I will move from location to location it makes sense for me to have it on the computer for ease, and i dont have to buy a TV.
