Ok, I have tried evolving Poliwhirl and Slowbro to lvl 40 holding and not holding the King's Rock and I cannot get them to evolve into Politoed and Slowking respectively. I read on another site that you had to use a moon stone on Poliwhirl but that doesn't work. Does anyone know how to get those 2 Pokemon? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know if you already know the answer but Here is the locations and forms of evolve(dunno if is the official or not for this hack) but is look like you need a slowpoke and use moon stone to evolve in sloking
