Ehh, there are all kinds of easy bosses in EarthBound, but I'll stick with the Plague Rat of Doom. Why? That thing is actually weak to PSI Flash. so I can use PSI Flash Beta to wipe it out shortly. Actually, no matter what, it isn't that hard otherwise since it only has 100 HP more then the last Guardian, and you already have a 4th member and are possibly a tad higher leveled. No matter what, it's pretty much the easiest Guardian besides Thunder and Storm.
