Hello Pokemon fire red players I am here to ask is anyone willing to do the nuzlocke challenge? If you dont know what the Nuzlocke challenge is let me tell you the rules and whats it about

Whats is the nuzlocke challenge? Well the nuzlocke challenge is made to make pokemon players better by getting them to get out of their comfort zone and help them bond with other pokemon they find instead of pokemon they want very badly and tou
 
Rules: If our pokemon faints it is considered dead and u have to let it go forever secondly you cannot get any pokemon you want you can only get one pokemon per city and u can only have up to 6 pokemon a full inventory of pokemon u cannot use any potions only heal via the pokemon center and there is no safari zone u can only catch the first pokemon you see in every city if you have already caught the pokemon you have seen first you can run away and find another oh and you CANNOT USE LEGENDARIES you can only kill them those are the rules 

now that everyone knows what the nuzlocke challenge is and the rules post up your experience with this challenge on the thread and if you have any questions ask on the thread ok and have a good run on the journey to becoming nuzlocke king

I started the Nuzlocke challenge in Firered, but I'm only up to Lavender Town.
my team ATM is a Charmeleon and Fearow (lvl. 26), graveler and gloom (lvl. 27), and a voltorb (lvl. 18).
I just go by the basic rules of "it faints, it dies" and "you must capture the first pokemon on a route, and nothing else".

I will soon be starting the Nuzlocke challenge in Fire Red. However, I will be playing by these rules:
  1. Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released.
  2. The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. If the first encounter in the area is a Double Battle in dark grass, the player may choose which of the two Pokémon they would like to catch.
  3. Adjusting the first encounter rule to ban duplicate captures.
  4. Not officially enforcing the rules until the player has Poké Balls and can catch Pokémon. 
  5. Rather than releasing the Pokémon, it can be permanently boxed, migrated, or transferred with Poké Transfer should it happen to faint.
  6. As a mercy rule, allowing 1-3 "second chances" of the starter only.
  7. As another mercy rule, if the player runs into a Shiny Pokémon
    on the incredibly rare chance, the player may still catch it,
    regardless of whether or not it is the first encounter in the area. It
    also does not need to be released if it faints.
  8. If the player has no Pokémon that can use a certain field move
    that is required to continue through any given point of the game, they
    may catch another Pokémon that can learn said field move. However, it
    cannot be used in battle for any reason, and must be released,
    permanently boxed, or migrated as soon as the player gets another
    Pokémon that can use said field move.
  9. Modifying the "first encounter only" rule for the Safari Zone, allowing until they catch one Pokémon in the entire area.
