This here is an announcement to all fellow members of Vizzed, as you can clearly see.
Today is the birth of a new rising group, the Rebellion that shall take over and heal the site. As of now, this site is a corrupted land where people with power fight with abuse, and those without power have to hide in the shadows hoping the ones above others don't strike their anger upon them! As members who have witnissed this terror, we shall no longer try to put up and watch by the sidelines. We will fight and rise against those who do wrong with their strength and help peace reign over every inch of this site.

Think this will fail? Try us. We may have been weak, but that won't last forever. With each supporter of peace we gain, we get stronger! The ones who rule by genocide shall fall beneath the carriers of justice as the new generations takes over.

Think we will rise? You are spot on! We will break through the heavans of Vizzed as we help the weak get the justice they deserve. People get away with so much, and it brings those who love this site and want to see it succeed to tears. Emerge from your shadows and help us! You are not alone if you wish for peace.

Our rebellion's top rule is the EVERYONE IS EQUAL! No matter who you are, Newbie, Global, Elite Veteran, you will be treated with open arms and with full respect! Before today, you'd have to fight for your respect, and you would often fail. We of the Vizzed Rebellion do not think this is fair, as this isn't some food chain, but a community! As a community, we need to care for one another and treat everyone the same! If you break the rules, then what you get truly is what you deserve. This isn't some excuse to get out of trouble with, and it definitely won't end up that way. Hopefully, this movement will catch on and just make it so there will be no need to try and use it to get out of trouble with.

Vizzed, you better prepare yourself. Peace is showing up on the horizon, and when it hits the site, it'll hit hard.

i agree with this. most of the time the people i see getting punished are newbies while older members dont. ive only gotten kicked about twice in my time in vizzed and ive broken far more rules. its fun but its not right.

To be serious, do you think this will work? There's absolutely no way you are going to be able to get absolute respect if you yourself cannot give respect to everyone. That's a tad hypocritical. Sorry, but you have to completely change yourself before you think you can change anyone else.

silverthundr : Of course we will change ourselves, why try to get everyone else to while we don't do anything to fix ourselves? Our main goal is to get everyone to be fixed, no matter who they are.

And yes, I do believe this will absolutely work. What we need is the hope and support of the community to get this to work, and from the looks of it so far, I think we've got that going down pretty good so far.

If we have a goal in mind, we CAN make it possible, no matter how much it takes to get there.

ALSO, EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NEARLY A QUARTER OF A MILLION MEMBERS ON THIS SITE, THE FIFTEEN PEOPLE WHO ARE REGULARLY IN CHAT ARE THE MAJORITY.

I have no opinion one way or the other.

If there is a problem with one of the local mods - You can send it to this user. It is his job to listen to complaints about mods.

If there is a problem with one of the members of the site, submit it to the locals or globals (Preferably the globals. It's our job to deal with trouble makers. The locals more deal in spam.)

I have already made this known to meg, but everyone else should also take note of this.

I wouldn't say the community itself has to change so much as reporting procedure. I can't see everything like I used to. As a result, I need people informing me when bad things happen. It's my job to take care of them. It's what David and geeo hired me to do.

Either things have gotten far worse than they were when I was in chat all the time, or this thread is blowing things out of proportion a tad. Although the mods are awfully lax with the rules and they goof around, they let us have a lot of leeway as well. Things do seem fairly equal, in my opinion. I'd much rather leave it that way than have them enforce the rules too strictly and take away all the fun.

If someone's really bothering you take a breath, step away from the computer for a second, grab yourself a glass of water or something, and realize that no one on the internet matters.
