Why did the Vizzed arcade (not RGR) in the control panel close down?

I went on my computer a few days ago to play some vizzed arcade. I tried Tic Tac Toe, Tetris, Pacman, and Snake, neither game would load. I think the arcade closed down because the last score was in October 2011, and no games in the arcade would load. Is there any reason the games in the Vizzed Arcade wouldn't load any game in it? I wanted to play Tic-Tac-Toe and Pacman so bad, but it doesn't load. So once again, any help with why it happened back in October? I saw that the very last score was posted by (I think) rcarter2.

I looked in the arcade and I found that the most recent score was by rcarter2 on October 6th, 2011.

The owner needs to fix this major issue. Link to arcade:

After a server transfer from a while back, the games stopped working and I wasn't able to get them to work again. Sometime when I have more time, I'll look into it more thoroughly and see if I can get them to work again.
