Not helping the town=mafia=death. Why should we no-lynch?

Because in a Mylo situation which it could be, it's safer to give the power roles some extra information?

Who said No-Lynch isn't helping the town? It may as well be. Unless you'd like to random lynch, but wait! That's even less helpful to the town. Jumping onto the first excuse to fos and vote someone isn't cool. I guess you just want to get a normal player lynched.

I'm gonna have to go say No Lynch too. It's a bit risky at the moment, considering the situation, Nya~.

Really, was this guess just out of left field?

No lynch with no information is unhelpful to the town. Voting generates discussion, eg. helps the town. When nobody says anything all we are is moving toward another mafia night kill. We need to have some actual discussion, not just "Well, nothing better to do, better just No Lynch"

Also, we'll have solid information IF we actually survive more nights so our investigative roles can check people more. We lynch like random, the game ends quicker, we didn't get as much information.


I've always been interested in this fallacy. How is foggy and generally fruitless in terms of information talking, and a dead player, somehow preferable to power-roles being able to do their thing more? I mean, if you're so sure this is a great idea then find a FoS using the discussion from the rest of the game. Then we'll lynch someone.

If I hadn't voted you, would we be having the discussion we are having now? No. And considering its the only discussion going on right now, I'd say I've done my part in generating discussion. That's my goal. And this convo has gone absolutely nowhere. Boo.

For once... ALL the PM's came in. So I'm actually in an ok mood.

"Where did that voice come from?" said drag00n365 (RNG)

"It came from those bushes." explained crazycatpup (RNG)

"Don't be silly." said the voice, "I'm over..." (interrupted)

"There" said tj4bigred, pointing at the location of legacyme3.

"Well done. I came here because I was curious as to who would die tonight. I wish you nothing but the best of luck..."

Then all of a sudden, a shot was heard.

CakeWub the Leggyist died a horrible death. They were so preocupied watching leggy, that they didn't see his faithful follower die.

"Well that was unexpected!" said legacyme3, with a twisted smile on his face. "I thought Klutch was going to die tonight!"

Then on cue, another shot was heard.

Klutch the Doctor died as well! Oops.

"I see! So I WAS right! What fun!"

The night came and went, and legacyme3 sat there with the group, assuring the rest no one else would die that night.

He would stay into the day.

Since no one is ffffin' talking in this boring-slow-ass-tard Mafia game (MasterDash doesn't count), I figure I may as well gravepost to let everyone know this, in case it needs a rules clarification. And if Leggy wants to rage at me for it,  well, the hell with that.

I'm going to assume everyone is wondering why the night kills increased after a period of single-kill nights. For a moment it looked like all the Loose Cannons were dead, but it appears that may not be the case after all. It's possible folks may be wondering if there's a Mafia-sided Cannon still on the loose, so let me make sure this is clarified in case you're wondering if the Mafia-sided Cannon is the last one;
In the previous round, when I was Mafia-sided Loose Cannon, I could not "vote". This also meant that I could not do a "normal" Mafia kill. If I was the last Mafia left and I used up all my Loose Cannon kills, I'd have been unable to kill for the rest of the game.
This rules clarification should be of particular note to those who, for some reason, would suspect that the last Mafia is also a Loose Cannon. If he was, he may very well have run out of kills or will run out shortly.

This should limit the possibilities that could explain two night-kills to this;
1) There are (at least) two Mafia, and among them is still a Mafia-sided Loose Cannon.
2) There is (at least) one Mafia, and (at least) one town-sided Loose Cannon remains.
3) Leggy brought Trapper back into the game. (Not at all likely)

If the Mafia were playing a standard strategy, then possibility 2 is more likely than possibility 1, because the Mafia would have used up all their Loose Cannon kills quickly to dwindle the Town numbers, but it is possible they kept a few in reserve on purpose, either to save for an exposed power role/special target, or to WIFOM.

Since the Leggyist was among the deaths, it's possible he may have done a tell that may have got him targeted by either side, which leads more to the possibility of the Loose Cannon being town-sided.
There's some signs that Klutch was targeted on purpose, as well. Perhaps he gave Doc tells? It was very likely the Mafia that got him.

On the note of Doctors, though, I doubt there were four in this game.
Considering the shocking lack of trigger-happy gunners lately, It's possible the Mafia may actually have gotten both the Gun Launderers, and forged one of them, which would explain why no one has been getting shot in the day lately.

And I think that's all. Now for crying out loud, do -something- on here that keeps me from thinking this was the worst Mafia Round ever.

KiddoCabbuses : Sorry to like "summon the dead" but that's exactly the way i see this game. Apart from the fact there probably is a lot of special roles still left in this game as NO ONE is willing to say anything.

I can't precisely accuse anyone either due to the fact of their being absolutely nothing to base anything off.

Therefore i am voting No lynch until someone gets the balls to actually say something.

To be honest I haven't been paying enough attention to vote someone without a doubt. Random voting isn't going to get us anywhere, but a no-kill would be infinitely worse, because we probably don't have any power roles left.

With all that said, I'm going to vote MasterDash. I don't care that he's a tree, I will find an axe and cut him down.
