I have been trying to make a layout for the past week.  I make it, then it'll say I don't have any layouts and I can't find it again.  Now, I tried buying an already made layout, I spent 300 Viz on the pikachu ketchup layout, but I can't find it now.  I go to purchased layouts and there are no layouts in there!  How do I change my layout and why can't I view the one I have just purchased?

This happened to KG when I was trying to give her a layout. I eventually had to just send her the layout code and have her "make" the layout on her account. I'm sure if you sent a PM to the author of the layout you want to use telling them of the trouble you're having.
