I found this game when i said i would test the genesis games for Davideo7 so i thought i might as well make a review here goes
Graphics:
The graphics in this game are similar to Sonic The Hedgehog. But the sprites are a bit cleaned up and levels have a lot more customization. So the graphics are a bit better than Sonic The Hedgehog. But there are some weak points in the graphics but to minor to point out so the graphics gets a good 8/10
Sound:
This game has the same sound effects as Sonic The Hedgehog like jumping destroying an enemy etc. But it has new music. But the music in it is a bit slow and not as thrilling. it doesn't have that action packed music like it should have. So i give this sound a 6/10 it has okay music but it should have had a better variety of music and sounds
Addictiveness:
Just like Sonic The Hedgehog this game is really hard to stop playing. It's levels are fun to play and you can find many power-ups to make the level more fun. You can ask anyone this game is really fun and addicting trust me if you start playing for at least 5 min the you'll get so addicted because the levels are so fun so i give the addictiveness a 9/10
Story:
This game was bad when it comes to a storyline. All you do is start of as either Sonia or Silver and you beat all the levels. However the story is that Mobius is being attacked and it's up to Sonia and Silver to help save the day or so i read on Wikipedia. But some say this game is to good to need an intro but it could have had at least some small intro
so i give the story a 5/10
Depth:
This game does have some extras to offer like there might be a bonus level or two or if you get enough rings or a certain amount you could enter a warp to find chaos emeralds so you have a couple goals to accomplish and you can beat the game with two different characters. I only wish it had some more stuff to do in the game but i give the Depth a nice 7/10
Difficulty:
This game feature a lot of levels to complete and you have to try and beat it with 2 characters. But the game has a lot of traps like secret spike and enemies where you don't expect them. You also gotta be careful where you jump because you might run into an enemy. This game is a bit hard because level 1 is the difficulty of level 2 or 3 on sonic the hedgehog so i rate the difficulty 7/10
Overall Rating:
The overall rating i give the game is 8.5/10 it has some flaws that should be worked out like the sound and story but overall it's a great game and i highly recommend you try it if you liked Sonic The Hedgehog
