If you click on the game screen, the keys should work. To check/configure controls, double click on the screen. If you know the controls and have clicked on the screen and it still doesn't work, just come back and say so and I'll try to think of something else that could be causing it.

If you do still have trouble, there's some info you should mention. What particular game(s) are you having trouble with? and What internet browser are you using?

I'm going to guess you're on internet explorer. The reason your keys aren't working is because of internet explorer protected mode. You can find out how to disable that here. Unless you aren't on IE. Then tell us what browser and operating system you're on.

I had the problem way back then simple due to protected mode in IE.

Now I don't use IE, I use Chrome, which works fine. I don't think Firefox or Safari has any issues, at least due to some sort of Protection setting.
