You might all know the pokemon Rayquaza the dragon pokemon from Pokemon Emerald. You are able to catch him in Pokemon Ruby but you need the following requirements:A Mach Bike,HM Surf,High level pokemon(Because Rayquaza is a level 70),And dragon type pokemon(Because rayquaza is a dragon and dragon type moves are super effective to dragon type pokemon). Also you can find Rayquaza in the sky piller beside The small city island pacifigold or something.

The best thing to do to catch Rayquaza you need a mach bike to get to him and a surfing pokemon. Also you'll need to have a steel-type(metagross)because dragon types don't hurt steel types much. I always use my master ball because he's my favorite dragon type legendary.

If you don't care about Latios/Latias (Which I don't know why you wouldn't care D, Master ball on the Rayquaza works. BUT, since it's LOADS harder getting latios/latias, I think that Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls (Yes, I've caught him in one once) work the best.

I like having a strong Ice type along with a really strong electric type. The ice type can wear it down until it uses Rest. When it finally runs out of Rest, the Electric type can paralyze it.

mr.keys :
I think the Master Ball is better saved for Latios unless you enjoy chasing it all over the region. I personally enjoy the chase, but once I get bored I want to just catch it.

Shikamaru9999 :
Dusk Ball wasn't in a game until Gen IV. Pokémon Ruby was Gen III.

BNuge : Yeah, it is best for one of the two, but I always have a misdreavus with me and it always have mean look, plus misdreavus is super efective against it so I always catch him with a ultra ball.
