Well, where to start... I guess it will be at the start.
The opening scene is of Red XIII running, but then you dont see him again till just after 3/4's of the movie. Then a little girl talking about the ending of the FF7 game. It sort of just makes you remember back. Although, you dont notice it, its Melanie. Barrets daughter. The movie follows the story of Cloud (again ), as he saves the world (again). In this movie, you see the return of all of the original FF7 characters (yep, even Aries, Who takes on a spiritual/Godly position "Mother, how many times have i been called that today" .

Overall i'd give the movie a definate 10/10 for graphics.
Im not going to lower my score, because its in japanese, because we could get the english version... if we waited one more month .
Sounds are awsome, one specific bit i remember, is when (the turk wif the red hair... rememberd name, untill just now... dang...) is on the ground, getting up, he drags his pole on the ground, and it sounds exaclty how a pole on the ground would.

I give it 9/10.

The one thing i dont like about it is, if you havnt played the FF7 game, you'd be so confused as to what all the stuff is. I was disapointed at the lack of magic, but i think it was harming the planet anyway... well, thats what i read someware. I would have liked to see more of aries, but i guess that happens...

And please, if your a physasist, dont watch this movie, you'll be like... thats not possible, thats not possible... But, then just look at the matrix .
