Some more doctors would be nice, but if we have a huge rush of doctors inexperienced ones could be let in and we could have bigger problems then we do now.

Wow, those numbers are pretty shocking. I think that we possibly could use more doctors, especially since the jobless rate is so high. If more doctors are hired, then those numbers can be changed AND there will be more jobs.
