Yes that is true...but Magneto can only control certain kinds of metals....from what I understand, he could not control the type of metal a terminator is made out of which is too hard to spell so I won't LOL...that is why it is confusing...

magneto does not control metal. Magneto creates magnetic fields which can control metal. Any metal that is magnetic, even in the slightest, would be controllable by Magneto.

My vote goes to Magneto. Even if he could control the terminator itself, he could drop cars on the thing until it stopped working.

gotta be magneto man, he could just stare at the terminator and turn him into a tin can, maybe even just create a strong enough magnetic field to mess up his programming either way, unless the terminator is unexpected and positioned to snipe with a weapon that doesn't fire bullets (aka energy gun, or something w/o metal) terminators toast.
