Is this that movie with the kid thats a boy but talks like a girl?
if it is it seems kind of dumb.In the commercial this guy was acting way to silly.It was quite annoying acctually.Dont watch it dude watch a GOOD movie.

I don't intend to ever see it... Vizwiz, do you like Fred's youtube videos? I thought the swimming pool one was kind of funny, but I wouldn't call myself a fan.

I just watched the trailer mid-way through writing this post, and... eh, it doesn't look horrible. It definitely won't be a "good" movie, but it might be enjoyable if you're a fan of him. Hopefully someone who has seen it will post and be able to give you some real advice.

Fred's YouTube videos are OK in my opinion, not really funny but I just like watching them. I thought the movie had some funny parts but overall wasn't really great...I don't really think a kid who speeds up his voice should gain so much fame, I mean I could do what he does.

I have yet to see this movie, but I don't plan on it because...Who in there right mind would even think making a movie about an idiotic teenager who never hit puberty and has a squeeky girly voice would be a good idea. I'm sure that even Fred himself, probably thought that this was a stupid idea, even he has to have the common sense to figure that out!

It does not make sense,but then again it made me laugh.

It was ok for it was. I just wish lucas(fred)didnt become such a huge sellout.It would have gotten a better response that way.

It had a few chuckles here and there.

i watched it and thought it was full on bad. I think i just flat out grew out of fred. The best part were i actually laughed is when he thought he could be invisible. That was legitly funny

Never bothered with it. Lucas's music is showing me how Fred's voice is good for music, though. Yeah, weird that I enjoy that, but... Yeah.

Never understood the hate. Lucas is just doing what most teenaged boys who become famous do. His popularity and the whole Youtube fame thing is an obvious reason, since everyone was panicing about Fred back then. I even remember it.

That being said, I only found the therapist one funny since I found it relateable.

It was alright. Plot was kinda...off. But I liked it.

I don't plan on seeing it. It doesn't sound like my type of movie, but I might check it out sometime just in case it's good.

supernerd: Trust me dude, it's not "good". It's alright. Don't invest a large amount of money into it.

I just saw the movie, and thought it was one of the worst movies I've even seen. The plot was horrible, and the main character was way too over-the-top. No offense to those who liked the movie.

i admit i am getting a little jealous of that information but the movie wasn't the greatest it's all the comedy writers fault fred writes better scripts

Wreid, I just watched an official clip from the movie (again ) after rewatching a video on Sonic 3 and knuckles being remade into 2.5 D or something (I cannot find a connection).

I don't really think a guy who speeds up his voice should get THAT much fame, don't get me wrong I thought Lucas was actually pretty clever to come up with this idea rather then making some fan fiction of his favorite show/game/whatever like what most teenagers will do for fame .

The Dairy of a Wimpy kid got a movie, was NOT expecting that at all, I liked the books but I was so stabbed in the back by a spy by that movie, but this Fred thing shocked me more.

Overall I think the movie is going to sell well, reviewers giving it a decent review, and I trying to stay away from it..... I don't want to watch it (is it even out yet ?) .

vizwiz123 : You can watch it if you want, I don't think it will be a bad movie, but it will (or at least I think) get a good ending (which is sad, due to the nature of Fred).
