A few of these games have already had new releases on their franchise for the Switch, like Animal Crossing or Smash. I know you want to revive what the old games had that has been removed/altered in new releases, but still it's highly redundant and the less likely options.
A new Digimon Rumble Arena would be nice. I say new because I don't want remakes of the old ones unless that means adding more characters (not necessarily new, Xros Wars was BS in my opinion and I haven't watched Tri yet). I personally liked more the first installment as the moves were more flashy and it was a 1-on-1 fight, but I could go with the melees seen in the second one.
Godzilla Destroy All Monsters wasn't all that bad, but I'm not sure I'd like a remake/remaster/sequel of it for the Switch. My younger self saw it as a bit confusing as its battle system was quite unique, and in any case something that could capture my heart. I'd have to see the trailers to be sure if I want to get it or not.
Why the Sonic racing games aren't on Switch even with the massive competition from Mario Kart they'd have is something I don't understand. Nintendo has Sonic appearing in the Olympics franchise as well as Smash since 12 years ago, yet Sonic's core games appear in the competitor consoles. Well, if this means the Sonic franchise will survive and keep producing games instead of falling into oblivion like F-Zero then please keep this up.
If there's a new shadow pokemon game or SA2B gets on the Switch in any form, I'm buying that console right now. I liked the RPG take of Colosseum (I have yet to try XD on Dolphin, life hasn't allowed me these last days), and SA2B is my favorite game all-time just slightly above Persona 5, if we have a new Sonic game with everything SA2B had about the Chao World it's enough for me.
