Description
There are too many forums on the site, given the current activity level. By lowering the amount of forums, and merging several of them together, it becomes easier to actually browse the boards, and get what matters, the activity. At present, I imagine almost everyone uses "New Posts" to find what's active, because there are simply too many forums to browse for a handful of posts.

Each category has 6 forums. I can see about trying to reduce it to 5 forums each. When I do this, I'll most likely make a thread asking for opinions on what should be merged.
