Hey, people from the land of V! Green here with another thready! This time, I'll finally talk about the new Animatronic, Spring Trap (is his name confirmed, yet?), as seen from the trailer. Now, who is he? Is he a combination of some other Animatronics? In my opinion, Spring Trap is actually the original mascot of Freddy, FredBear. Why? "He will come back...", does that hint FredBear was always there the whole time? Yep. I think FredBear is back. But, what about the bunny ears? The group of horror fans just redisgned FredBear, so people won't remember the incident. Remember, there was a hook, a paper plate doll, etc... Once Fnaf 3's demo is out, I'll definitely install it, and I'll face probably Fredbear myself... what do you think about this? Could Spring Trap be secretly Fredbear? Or, is he a completely new Animatronic? Share you thoughts on the replies !

Before his name was revealed, (Spring Trap) I thought it was Fredbear. But now that his name was revealed, I think it's actually a "new" animatronic, that really isn't new. He was always there, may mean that he was here since the original restaurant, Fredbear's Family Diner, but we just didn't know that. Thanks for posting this!

That is a possibility. However, it's not really officially confirmed that Golden Freddy is Fredbear, or the old mascot. (Or is it? I dunno.) Although, I still believe that Golden Freddy is Fredbear.

The new animatronic is secretly Phil the Potato, he quit his day job, met with some dealers, and well, drugs, he started to look like that, and got hired for the new game. Questions? No? Good.

Alright, for real, I think it's just another character they made for plot, and well, so people would make theories about, get it even more popularity, and it's all a sales ploy. So, it's just a character with not ties YET.

I'm pretty sure this isn't a new animatronic I mean I'm sure Scott has pre-planned all these games to fit and I'm sure in rare occasions just without looking hard enough "Spring Trap" has been in fnaf 1 and 2 just like the Marionette was except being in the first. I just can't wait and see what all mysteries unfold and story gets told. Also wasn't there a shadow in fnaf 2 that showed in the left corner and in a extreme rare occasion and had white glowing eyes that looked similar to bonnie but wasn't. I bet that was our sneek peak to Spring trap. Lol I'm writing this and just now realizing this. But anyway nice thread greenluigi, keeps me thinking.
