Please help me! There was this game I found on the Internet about a year ago... Here is a brief description of the game .                                       -It was a Japanese game , I think.
-It was a Game Boy Advance (GBA) game that was somewhat  like Pokémon, or perhaps Monster Tale.
-It was a game where the protagonist (hero) had a device like  a phone, which allowed you to call (summon) monsters you've befriended.
-There were two versions of the game: One was named Power, the other Speed.
The similarity to Monster Tale are the multiple transformations for the monsters, like with the multiple forms of Chomp in Monster Tale.
Please help me out here!!! I really want to find this game. If you happen to find a game that fits this description, please post it.

X-Sploder Guy : I think you're talking about Keitai Denjuu Telefang a japanese game for the GBA that was also modified and poorly translated and sold falsely as Pokemon Diamond outside Japan (it was way before the actual pokemon diamond came out).
