i would suggest getting some new RAM.... my phone has more than your PC.....

Usually you can get a 2GB SDDR for about 30-40$ at a good electronics store... look up some sales

I agree, more ram would help you out alot.
Also a bigger hard drive.
I checked out the specs of the PC you listed and the main problem you might have is that you need what's called DDR ram and not the more current DDR2 or DDR3 which means you may have to hunt around or pay alot more for it.
Best suggestion if you don't know much about PCs, take it to a PC repair shop and ask them.
A good one will at least tell you what you need and some prices without charging you anything to have a quick look at it.
