What do you think this site will be like in the next decade?  What games will be in the RGR (perhaps gamecube, or ps2 games (probably with an item like psx has right now))?  Do you think we'll maybe get Dreamcast and Saturn games?  Tell me what you think.

nakina : I expected this thread to get more replies... It's a great topic, in my opinion! Well, in the next decade, I expect Vizzed to have... well, the games of the next decade, whatever they are! I hope Vizzed would be able to have GameCube games, DS games, 3DS games etc. It's unlikely, though XD. Vizzed will definitely be thriving in the next 10 years, though. Anyway, I noticed you're a Newbie, huh? Welcome to Vizzed ! Well, while it's uncertain whether or not the future will be kind to Vizzed, one thing's for sure - I'll be there and supporting it all the way!

i think they will put wii games! and also wii u! i hope they make this site even better...

There would be more games added to the RGR and most likeky davideo7 will put more amazing features..to help the site.

Depending on how many new consoles will be added to the VGR, the generation of nintendo ds and psp might be considered retro. Other then that, some extra board features? It will probably stay simular to what it is now.

It's a very interesting topic, I don't even know if I'll be around then. I'd think there would be a whole new crowd of users, just like these past months.

   First, let me start off by saying that this topic is really exciting, and I can not wait to see what other "Vizzers" have to offer with their ideas. But, here goes my future excitement super fan boy rant that took almost an hour to write, spell check, cry, and post:
   Well, by then there will probably be way more handheld games and systems in the RGR. But, maybe the Battle Items in the shop will be usable! I am so ready to enter an online arena and be able to defeat the staff! Talking about staff, maybe each power level will one day open up more and more exclusive forums and Sub-Forums.  Maybe the PSX will no longer be a required item, but a video game staple of our already great collection. Maybe in the future, people will have higher skill in hacking, so we will see great new releases! Those in ten years will have systems and games that are retro and nostalgic to their own generation, so this site will have to compensate. Great games from my middle school days such as Fossil League and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door will be playable on the site. Maybe Vizzed will even open up its own Mine craft Server, or Team Fortress 2, or... whatever! The current Video Game Room's games will possibly be in the RGR, though even in the future a school's computer would not be able to run them. Maybe the Vizzed Stock Market will be up and running with seven or eight digit shares on a slow day. Maybe the current Newbies, welcome to this great site by the way, will be the next Staff members. Maybe Viz could buy actual items, more so than even the Market, like a place only for selling items for great deals. With the future, the price of Viz, or at least the exchange rates, may increase as the site activity increases. Maybe there will be a Viz Bank to store excess Viz to help with transfers and site maintenance in exchange for interest. One day money could not only be transferred and exchanged for Viz, but Viz for money, Bit Coin, or credit in any online shopping site one chooses. (I would choose Think Geek personally, but with David's Amazon account, I may would use that to help out the site even more.) Mark my words, this site WILL be around in the future, and it will be even more populated and popular than it is today. No longer will I have to explain what Vizzed is when I answer the question, "What are you doing?", and hopefully we will never have to correct people when they do not understand how to pronounce Vizzed. Hopefully I will, by then, be a staff (or at least Trusted because that is my first goal.) member, and our current staff and Globals and everyone else will be in a "Hall o' Fame" page. I know I will still, maybe not as frequently, check in and post when I am 26, and hopefully others will keep contributing. Who knows, maybe David will take on an apprentice of sorts, his predecessor if you will, and we will have a completely different staff. Not saying he would just abandon the site, but after 19 years (Only counting the current Vizzed that is.) he may want to pass the torch to a worthy heir. I can not wait to see how not only this site, but the Internet in general will look in ten years. But, just in case robots do not rise up against us and crush us to avenge long forgotten Chao, I say we should all visit this site in its future form in 11 years to celebrate the twentieth anniversary! This is an exciting topic, there should be many more replies!
   Although, as one of probably very many, I own the Beta Ticket Item, so I will know just THAT much sooner what the future holds, but it is still exciting!
   Side Note- This is officially the longest post I have ever, well, posted.... so, yay me!

I think in 10 years, David (or someone he wants to take his place as the owner if he retires) will be adding the 6th generation consoles being added onto the site (the PlayStation 2, GameCube, and the Original Xbox consoles), because they will be considered "retro" and will have enough data to add those consoles onto the site without any issue. and also we might also see the DS and PSP games maybe added as well, depending on how that's going to work out.

greenluigi: I seen where you hoping that they're put in 7th/8th Generation consoles on the site, well, even in 10 years, you might be out of luck because I think to my point of view, 7th Generation consoles (PS3, 360, Wii) might not be added until the 2030's and 8th Generation consoles (PS4, X1, Wii U) in the 2040's. (Since the site is just getting into the 5th Generation consoles).

Hmm, that's a hard question. Well, Vizzed will still be as fun as it is now, but even funnier! Well, it'll probably have the newer (The games that were made like... at the same time as Pokemon: Black and White (Same 5 months after or before black and white) in it. It will probably be more popular, too. There will be new weapons, and armors, and other neat things that could increase our stats. David proooooobably won't be the owner of Vizzed anymore, and give the ownership to someone else (Please, David, do not close Vizzed in 10 years. If you do, Vizzed will haunt you. Forever and ever. No, just joking. But don't close Vizzed in 10 years!). There will be other ways to earn Viz, maybe, too. 

I think that vizzed will have more systems and more games.I'm hopping for the psx item to be free sometime in the future.

Maybe more games will be on the rgr. I hope Davideo7 put the Gamecube or PS2 someday.

Well it'll probably have some new games like the PS3 or so. It'll look A LOT more advanced than it does now . Posting will be easier .. well everything will be easier because it'll be more advanced. 

I think that David will be adding all f the new consols of this time. That means that he would be adding X Box 1, and playstation 4 along with the Wii U.

I believe, from a staff perspective, that the site will be a lot harder to run. I believe this because 10 years is a long time, and a lot of people are going to join, at faster rates then they have in the past.

Vizzed would still be the fun, safe, and friendly website for the young or old. It would also have more games and fun. That's what I think how Vizzed would be in ten years.

In ten years, I see this place having grown so much that we'd be reaching 10 billion views versus 1 billion and a few million registered users. Hopefully things are running smoothly and this place still exists. Most of us will have grown up and David would be nearing 40.

As for this thread itself, this is am extremely tough question. I mean, Vizzed has transformed throughout the years of existence. I do believe there shall be a greater amount of features included throughout Vizzed. Davideo7 mentioned some future features within his biography.

'I honestly would not be able to tell. The most likely things would be:

1. More people.
   More games in the RGR.
   More features.
   More "bad eggs" (trolls, flamers, spammers, those types of things)
   More well known "stars of Vizzed Board"

Vizzed will be closed

Vizzed will probably be somewhat famous, earning David more money, causing him to add more systems.
