Alright, recently I've been checking my Private Messages Inbox. I noticed I had five replies, and it said Private Messages (0). This has happened three times so far, and it's really annoying. It doesn't say Private Messages (1 New) when I get a reply. Is this glitch happening to anyone else? Please tell me if it is, and if there's a way to fix it, I'd like to know that as well. Help and answers are appreciated very much, and thank you guys in advance ^^!

Don't worry, you're not alone in this. It's happened to me at least 20 times.

It happens to other people as well.

Currently, there's no fix because we're still trying to figure out what is causing the glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience.

   Considering there have been multiple complaints about this issue, I am surprised I have not experienced this issue. I mean, is not that positive omen? Hopefully it is repaired as soon as possible!

There is one possible temporary solution to this. Nintendo, I am assuming that your PM inbox has reached around the 7 or 8th page of your inbox? This glitch has been happening when you have too many messages in your inbox. My inbox does that when I reach page 8. So the one way to temporarily fix this is to start deleting some of your inboxes. For me, I just normally delete one whole page of my old messages whenever I reach the moment that I start getting that glitch (which, in my case, I delete the entire page 7 and 8). This might be what you have to do till we can find a better solution.

Say for example, a PM I receive will not have a notification. If I were to make it read or unread as much as possible, it still won't have the notification. However, if I delete only that PM and I receive another, then I'll get a notification. I just don't know what type of PMs are causing this.
