Local Mods :They do not sale MS point cards anymore so close please.
The only way you can get them is if you use your credit card since production of the points are no longer at retail shops unfortunately I found this out last week actually.

Xbox Gift Cards (denominated in your local currency) will be available for purchase in retail stores and through online retailers starting in late 2013. Microsoft Points Cards you purchase in retail stores will continue to be redeemable on your console and Xbox.com until further notice. Microsoft has no plans to discontinue acceptance of previously purchased Points cards and codes.

It says it was written last month August 26 2013 so it is updated for that page might be outdated it is Microsoft after all.

What does this mean for you now? Any outstanding MSP cards or codes that you have purchased can still be redeemed. When the codes are entered into your console, Microsoft will instead add "an amount of currency equal to or greater than the Marketplace value of your Microsoft Points" to your account. Any MSP that were in your account already will also now be converted to local currency.
