Anyway, you asked how Star Fox would handle it, not how Fox McCloud would handle it. So...

I think Slippy would get embarrassed at Katt, and he probably beats himself up for his mistakes.

Falco probably wants to shoot down Slippy for his mistakes, and just wants Fox to focus on the mission.

Peppy... i don't know what he thinks, aside from barrel rolling.

Fox probably wants Katt to stop embarrassing him in the middle of combat, and probably wants to shoot down Slippy for his mistakes too.

Krystal... would probably murder Katt pre-Command, and wants to cheer up Slippy for his screw-ups.

I know that Slippy must be trying his best. He seems to know that he's not that good at flying though.
Right before that one level, he teases fox by saying : "Have no fear, Slippy's here!"


I think that gets kinda irritated by Slippy, but somewhat likes him too.
I think that he's a litt- ok, a lot more understanding than Falco is.


unbelievable, but Slippy is actually useful in Sector Z of SF 64
He's actually shot down I know that it's  a missile for me, saving the mission I think.

One time, it was like some kind of jinx. I was at Katina, just shooting down ships
for the fun of it and Slippy kept talking on my intercom:

"I got one!"

he said it like 4, 5, 6 times!

I couldn't believe it.
